  • Right Way of eating Garlic is very important. People have been consuming garlic wrong way and not been able to reap Garlic Health benefits. In this Video have share some reasons for eating Garlic.

    Garlic is a low-cal immunity-booster. Garlic can prevent infection inside or outside the body. Laboratory studies confirm that raw garlic has antibacterial and antiviral properties.
    One clove contains more than 100 sulfuric compounds -- powerful enough to wipe out bacteria and infection . The way garlic is processed or prepared can really change its health benefits. Raw garlic, not cooked or dried, is most beneficial for health as heat and water inactivate sulfur enzymes, which can diminish garlic's antibiotic effects. Studies show that garlic can help fight colds and the flu. It can reduce your chances of catching an illness, and help you recover faster.
    Then there are many other great reasons to include it in your diet like it helps in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol etc.

    I just slice garlic very thin and put on some heavily buttered toast. Its like a piece of garlic bread

      Garlic is a natural blood thinner, so we shouldn't consume large quantities of garlic along with blood-thinning medicines like warfarin, aspirin etc. This is because the combined effect of blood thinning medication and garlic is dangerous, and it may increase the risk of internal bleeding

      @@HithHealth It won't help. It means "roosters bill" in English. LOL It is a Mexican dip of sorts. Added to tacos and most common in dipping tortilla chips in. Has stuff like tomato, onions lime, cilantro, garlic, jalapenos, etc.

      Both garlic and honey are high in antioxidant compounds. You can have them together.

      Keep it at low levels. Just 1 cloveeoth lunch n dinner will do. More than that will reduce cholesterol to very low levels and you will suffer from nerve problems. We need cholesterol for insildyoon of nerves for the brain n to produce hormones and enzymes. Dr Gurdial Singh Sandhu
