    I drink garlic every morning from years ago. And still go to visit my doctor every 6 months to check my health. I Now 65 years old but I have never used capsules for high blood pressure.
    Every morning I just use 2 garlic cloves and beat them up, then put in a cup with a green tea bag , pure boiling water and let about 10 minutes and drink.
    ( green tea box I bought at Walmart or Kroger supermarket ).

    I thought heat destroys garlic's medicinal properties. Is there a difference between cooking and boiling water, removed from direct, sustained heat & steeping? Should garlic water be made fresh every morning and not stored in the refrigerator?

    Everything I gave read says do not cook it. Pouring boiling water over garlic diminishes the benefits. Warm water and honey. Yummy!

    NO HEAT !! Get a glass of water, just room temperature. Get your garlic press and press 2 nice garlic cloves into the water. Stir well. (Using a small blender works well too). Speed is of some importance, you do not want the alliine to evaporate. Drink the water and the pressed garlic remains can also been daily eaten if you have teeth problems.
    But remember ! NO BOILING OT HEATING ! Drink immediately on a sober stomach in the morning and you will feel it even in your head after a minute or so ! That is how it works !

    If you give that much heat you kill half the benefits and most prob add a bad benefit to it.

    Crash or slice, put in the mouth and wash down with lightly warm or cold water.
