Great design, great series and great job! I have also done some fiddling with wires under the ply trays, like Steven Stowe I removed them, 4 or 6 screws on each tray.
Hi Brian time stamp 25.08 could that receiver be turned around with the plugs facing out to stop the lump in that top tray if the cables have enough length. ?
Derric, Would you mind including a time stamp for me, so I can get the context for your comment. If you're not used to doing it, it's super easy, just type a hh:mm:ss, then the time stamp will link me (or others) to that spot in the video, like this... 1:30 - I would click this hyperlinked time stamp in the comment, and I'd see the video at 1 minute and 30 second - pretty helpful for me, as I reply to most all comments on my channel, which means about 20-50 every day. Some are super easy, like "thanks", but I try to help people out with their issues and sometimes that requires a few minutes per comment, or even more when they have a more challenging issue their working through. I'd love to be able to give you a proper response, but just not 100% sure I understand what you were trying to ask or say, without context.
Brian Phillips Yes. Please. Thank you. Beside the obvious rudder elevator. You plugged something into the "aux 2" then said nothing else. What about the dip switches? Separate aereolon? 2 channels? Flaps on 1 channel? These are things we need to know. :) As I'm sure you're aware lemons "instructions" are lacking to say the least. I definitive lemon receiver with stab setup video would be best. Including radio setup. This plane would be a great sample. As it covers the most common surfaces and their mixes. With definitions of the parts and their operation. Like "diversity antenna" and like the sattelite. I have not found not 1 answer on what it does or how to set it up. Thanks. I look forward to your explanatory video.
Yes. And it's great. One thing though. If just Before the maiden you quickly went over the knee bones connected to the foot bone type of thing. :) I have this same plane (2nd) and I want to set it up like this one. With crow etc. Maybe you covered it. But I missed it. I saw the wiring. But not the rx and Tx relationship. Those lemons and no instructions...lol! One other question. Rather than cut the surfaces and rehinge couldn't you extend the surface with say plastic sheet? Giving essentially a wider strip of surface and more authority. Thanks. Great series. I've been watching and watching
On my first ASW28, I extended the ailerons, so on this new one, I wanted to try something new. I think, in hind sight, it may have been a bit easier to just hinge the ailerons and flaps, then add some material to extend them. My new method was more difficult, but yielded similar results, so I totally agree with you. As for the electronics setup, it was covered throughout the series as I hit each step. Watch THESE videos to see how I do it... th-cam.com/video/ui4-rFALQvg/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/IE-noZnJO5U/w-d-xo.html ...I broke it up into to main pieces, which are in these videos. When you see what gets you confused, then ask me on that video, and site the time like this 2:34, then I can click the hyperlink and figure out what part is getting you mixed up, so I can answer you better.

On my first ASW-28, I removed them after they broke out in the first total loss crash :) Let's hope I fair better with my second one!!!

@@BrianPhillipsRC ok
thanks :)
We need a video just on THE LEMON. CONDENSED INTO 1-2 VIDEOS.
THEN
1-2 VIDEOS ON RADIO SETUP.
THANKS.
otherwise great video series.
I have some other lemon-rx setup videos, but if you'd like I might do a quick RADIO setup video for this one, since it's a bit more complex.

Have you watched this whole video series?

i get car-sick b/c the camera whips around so much
You should see the other guys video - LOL!
Save yourself the trouble next time, (4) screws and that battery tray is out in seconds...
I may just do it for the head room for PAT... Maybe that's just the right amount for CG to work out perfectly!?!?!?
Ooops, I was talking about the fishing of the wires, taking the trays out is easy.
OH, I see - sorry I misunderstood!
You seem to have a tendency to WAY over complicate basic tasks. Why?
This is what I do. Sometimes the easiest way is not the best way, BUT sometimes it is.
31 Minutes of waffle, waffle, waffle. You must cut out the waffling and shorten those vids to a quarter of the size.
At least I'm not cutting growths off my body!
Ok cause you said so..don’t watch if you don’t like
