    I had the same issue you indicated. An unresponsive unit. I then went and deleted the device from the list. And now I have no way to connect it again to the app. For some reason the unit is not showing if I put it in AP pairing mode and run through the entire process. I just don't get anything after pressing the find unregistered units button.
    I also tried to reset the plan module as described in the manual by pressing OFF-TIMER + 3D AUTO for 5 seconds, followed by a 5 second press on the SET button.
    Somehow there must be a deeper reset I need to do to this wifi setup, otherwise I'm at a loss on how to fix this.

      Seems they have currently an issue with their software (checks the alerts in the app), got a message that they are fixing it, from what I understand is an issue with iOS17.1.1, not sure if that is the only one or others too.

      I used a Chromebook to configure things, to run the Android app, so any Android phone should help too. Was able to install the 131 firmware that way and it improved WiFi connectivity of the AC a lot.
      Also never reinitialize the app. It seems to delete your cloud account too. Want a reset? Delete the entire app and reinstall.

      @@AppForce1 Good you manage to have some improvements. Yes, this app could be much better...
      Thanks for the tip, I am trying to avoid anything related to reinitialize the app.

    reconnecting my Mitsubishi to the MARCH1 remote (which is installed on the wall-not the mobile kind) is supposed to be easy? Take the remote off the wall,- we'll call it the thermostat- take it to the unit and find the unit that goes to that zone. The one with the red light is the one that is not connecting. Hold the remote up to it, push cancel on it, then push "connect" on the thermostat and connect on the unit at the same time, then let go. May have to do this a few times. All that sounds good but I can't find the box on the unit that has the illusive red light and the connect button. Going to have to call the service people and watch them when they do it. Unless I understand otherwise, like where is this box that has the red light and connect button? On the outside unit or the air handler? Thanks

      I assume the box with the red light is the wireless module, the one that I show in the video at
      2:35, if you open the AC it should be there connected. I paid extra to have that module, it didn't come by default with the AC...

      I thank you for this reply. It's not a wireless module, which I did see on-line. I found out where it was when the repair person came. I thought it was on the condenser but the box is actually on the side of the actual mini-split on the wall. However, the problem wasn't the connection but a faulty shut off sensor (looking for water) I was kicking myself because this happened to it before, but I wouldn't have been able to fix that sensor. (replacement has been ordered) But at least I know where this illusive red button it. I thank you for your reply, I appreciate it. @@oldniustuff

      From what i know is not possible since in the app each unit has a different icon in the main menu. What you can do is setup for each one a weekly timer to go on and off, and do that for each one.
      Or if the 3 units are in line of sight you can use one physical controller for all 3, just need to press when in line of sight for the 3.

    Wrong , that exclamation Mark means that your Wi-Fi module has an firmware update.

      It can be that it needs a firmware upgrade too, in my case I was not able to connect the phone to it using the 5GHz wifi, it was only working using the 2.4GHz one.

    My app simply closes and constantly sending me to log in page. After 20 tries i can see ac units, and if lucky i can turn it ON or OFF. But immidiately when i want to go to details , i am thrown out of my account ????????? What is this ??

      I heard that for some phones op system their application doesn't work well... did you tried with another phone?

      You name what was not tried.. Everything possible. Sad... Sad that such good product has so bad support for software.
      I sincerely hope that mitsubishi will do something about this.
