    When I got my breasts done I got 150cc on the right and 175cc on the left. My surgeon didn’t try make me go bigger or make me feel uncomfortable for not wanting massive implants. I was very flat chested and I just wanted something there, like a reason to actually wear a bra in my 20s. I researched everything I could about my doctor. It’s been 7 years now and I still say it’s the best (breast) thing I have ever done! (Simple terms - I went from a A to a full B, some places a C)

    Thank you so much, doc. I had a big weight loss from my pre-teen years to when I turned 17/18, and since then my breasts are very low compared to other women my age. I used to wish for breast implants, but the more I learn about them, the less I consider putting them in my body. Thank you so much for the information!
    I also love that you opt for "you should have this knowledge" instead of "don't do this". There are people who don't react well to being told what they shouldn't do, so you are reaching them too when you act this kindly and are this careful with the words you use. 💛

    Can you show what happens with ex-plant surgery please? I would like to see how it happens, what the recovery looks like and how long it takes to heal.

    Dear Dr. Youn
    My grandfather has lots of skin cancer (& a lot of other tumors/skin growths) that he consistently goes to the Doctor's office to get removed. At one point there was a huge patch on his forehead that they removed & covered with a skin graft from his thigh. However, the weird thing is is that the skin graft is still really obviously -- it is a bit puffier than the rest of his skin on his face & is always really pale. Do skin grafts always look like this? I would've thought that because the patch of skin was exposed to the sun/environment more (since it's no longer on his thigh) it would start to look a bit more like his face but maybe not?

    I love my small breasts. No back pain, easy to do stuff in the gym.... wonderful.
    If i want to have them 'bigger' i just wear a push up.
    Ive always thought that if my future husband wanted huge boobs, he could go and get a boob job himself.
    I am perfect the way i am.

      Don't forget that you can buy bras in "normal" stores and don't have to buy the $50 to $100 special-order ones if you manage to find your size at all. Or order 20 different styles and sizes online and return every single one.
      Finding a bra that fits is the bane of my existence. Not because my breasts are huge, but because I have a really wide shoulders and chest compared to my cup size. By the time you get up into the 40's band size, a B cup is the same as a D or DD. Newsflash manufacturers, some women with broad chests have comparatively small breasts. I know I can't be the one in this country! I'm very happy with my size and don't want them any bigger. If anything they could be a tiny bit smaller so they wouldn't be in the way.
      I know there are band extenders, but a) I find them very uncomfortable and b) they offset the straps so they're way further apart than they should be in the back.
      I settle for Vanity Fair in a 42C. The band is too tight on the loosest hooks and the cups are too big, but no one makes anything that fits in the US. Even tried a local company that sells hard-to-fit sizes and mastectomy bras. Their fitter flat out told me that they had nothing and there was nothing they could order that would fit. Then she suggested the band extender. I've heard some European companies make sizes that fit women who don't conform to the perfect mold, but I'm not paying to import a bra that may or may not fit.
      Edited for typo.

      @@morrigan908 whoa are they that expensive in your country? I can buy a really good one for 35euro in a special shop. They also lasts for years and be very comfy.

      @@morrigan908 You are not alone!! I have the same issues, and have all but given up on finding a bra that not only fits, but is also comfy. It doesn’t help that, thanks to radiation treatments after a lumpectomy, I’m now two different cup sizes. Yes, radiation shrinks tissue! If I do bother with a bra it’s a bralette (Calvin Klein has the best one I’ve worn so far) and I no longer wear any type of snug top. It’s frustrating!

      @@mrsgamer9218 Depends on what you need. If you're happily wearing a 38C, then you can find them everywhere for dirt cheap. Get into the hard-to-fit sizes and you'll usually pay at least $50. There are some mail-order companies that make cheaper, but their quality is cheaper too.

    ✨✨✨PLESSE READ✨✨✨
    I’m 56 yo and had Mentor round smooth 380cc implants in 2001. I was basically flat chested. Best thing I ever did for my self esteem, zero problems all these years but just about 3 months ago on my right breast I’m feeling a pinching sensation down where the scar would be. Certain ways I move it catches or pinches, I really don’t know how to explain it. Very annoying, a lot of times it feels like the pain radiates to behind my nipple. I can’t feel anything from the outside, no lumps, bumps. I do have scoliosis that curves to that side ( I have slight shoulder slumping) so the surgeon had to lift my pocket to make it symmetrical with the other side. Anyhow, hearing you say it’s typically 22 years when squamous cell shows up is kinda scaring me. How would someone know if they have that? Would pain be involved like I’m experiencing? I’m making a doctor appointment on Monday to get checked out. Will an xray or ultrasound show anything. I hope you see this Dr Youn and give me your thoughts.

    I never needed implants, mother nature endowed me with large breasts. I think it is wrong that a women would be sent to a psychiatrist when they complained about their breast implants making them sick. If a woman is uncomfortable after breast augmentation, she should be able to see a plastic surgeon and have them removed, no questions asked. In my personal opinion by suggesting she sees a psychiatrist, it is implying she is weak and doesn't know what she is talking about.

    I have large breasts (36Js) but they look so flat from the side and point down. I've always hated them but a lift is not in the budget. 😭 in TV saggy breasts are always the butt of the joke but they have always been this shape. No backpain or anything because they are pretty light.

    I had saline implants done back in 2003 and then when silicone was approved a couple years later I had saline removed and replaced them with silicone. I had those silicone for many many years and never felt sick or had any negative side effects. I had a super good surgeon. Dr. Bryan Gawley in Scottsdale AZ. I highly recommend him!! Plus he is so hot !!!! Lol...well.come on if us girls are going to go under the knife.. The last thing I would want to see is a good looking doctor!! Just saying..lol

      Yeah, her whole deal is just... unfortunate. I can't imagine how bad your quality of life would be with breasts and lips that huge, even if they were natural. Of course those breasts couldn't be natural. Abnormally-large natural breasts are still shaped like breasts, not like two basketballs that you glued to your chest.

    Injecting fat means injecting stem cells? I thought the fat comes from the abdomin?

    • @Kahli21
      @Kahli21 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Fat is located all throughout the body. It is not limited to the abdomen.

    • @morrigan908
      @morrigan908 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Adult stim cells are everywhere in your body. You're probably thinking of placental stem cells, which are way too valuable to use for plastic surgery. I had an injection of placental stem cells in my knee and it saved the joint.
