I await the Switch 7 year video that’ll contain Waves 4-6…followed by the Wave 4-6 compilation…followed by a Waves 1-6 compilation video compiling the compilations. This compilation of compilations will probably the full length of a classic Scott the Woz episode and thus be part of Scott’s Mario Kart miniseries.
“See that’s a fun quirk of talking about the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass the space time continuum thinks you’re just talking about Mario Kart 8 Deluxe again so it just… gives up.”
The universe had no idea about if Scott was talking about Mario Kart 8 Wii U, Mario Kart 8 Wii U’s DLC, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s DLC or Mario Kart Tour, so it just gave up. Again.
1:28 I'll bite The short distance between item sets on such a short track makes it wonderfully chaotic. There's enough shortcuts to make comebacks realistic, so I never feel like I don't have a chance. Finally, I love the intracity highway on the third lap because it feels like a showdown of sorts. While it's not the best city tracks and underused its potential, it's never not been a fun time for me to play Tokyo Blur
I've really enjoyed the Booster Course Pass. Whilst the visuals are a little lacking, I ended up preferring it over the base game since the cartoony visuals fit more with the general Mario artstyle. Wave 1 was awesome simply because of the hype, Wave 2 showed gradual improvement, and so did Wave 3. I will say that Toad Circuit, Sky-Sundae and Tokyo Blur get a little more hate than it's worth. They're simple but fun.
Oh boy! A Scott The Woz Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Review - Booster Course Pass. My favorite Booster Course Passes! Just a little longer and we'll get the second part!
Played the original tracks to death. Would love more right? Played all the DLC tracks once as the waves released and haven’t touched them since other than to replay some a couple of times to get the gold cup. Too much of a good thing.
I think is weird how when I play those tracks on Mario Kart Tour, they are very fun. But somehow they don't work in MK8. Very different engines and design between each other.
3:03 There are certain phrases that make it abundantly clear that someone hasn't played the xenoblade chronicles series. Those games really raise your standards for what you should expect from devs.
@@batmanbud2 Those DLCs were amazing what are you talking about? They had tons of content with their own unique mechanics and stories. No DLC is ever necessary for a complete game. What is wrong with games getting DLC anyway? Also Xenoblade X looked quite good at the time. So yeah that is exacly what we want from devs.
I was gonna say something Scott prob won't see this, but i enjoy these only mainly in online mode, because something about playing it randomized is fun, but solo yeah pretty boring
The tour ones always annoy me when I play online cause of the giant red arrows they confuse me if u want to play mario kart tour levels. Go play mario kart tour!!!!!
How is it promoting the mobile game? If anything, adding the main reason you’d want to play that game, the courses, to MK8 makes it less likely I’d play Tour.
Tour is the biggest piece of trash that dumb children that can’t get a real videogame system Can use to play stuff, but that aside, the BCP allows people to avoid that mobile game, and the day the game finally fucking dies, people will only look at real Mario Kart games

I just wanna see these waves inserted into the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe review
@@NateWild I hope there's a Booster Course Pass video where it's just the compilation of Waves 1-6 but with a unique intro and outro added lol
“Hey all Scott here, what’ll it be”
“Mario Kart 8!!!”
“This is a bar”
"Wait. What. Is. happening? I. Already. Talked. Mario Kart 8. Before."
“See that’s a fun quirk of talking about the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass the space time continuum thinks you’re just talking about Mario Kart 8 Deluxe again so it just… gives up.”
The fact that he didn't say, "Shroom Ridge. Sure," again, says a LOT.
I'm surprised the universe didn't collapse in on itself when Scott talked about Mario Kart 8 again
Don’t worry, it already did when the booster course pass was announced.
The universe had no idea about if Scott was talking about Mario Kart 8 Wii U, Mario Kart 8 Wii U’s DLC, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s DLC or Mario Kart Tour, so it just gave up. Again.
I still don't know if "plainfully bland" was a mistake or a fun play on words and I'm happier not knowing.
honestly the best part is being able to play DLC tracks online even though you don't own them
Still hoping we get Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass | Newton's Worst Nightmare a Third Time
I legit thought you were gonna wait to do an all-in-one. Also, should’ve included the “son of a b*tch” reaction.
Shroom Ridge. Sure.

There's only 1 shortcut on Tokyo Blur, and it doesn't even show up on the last lap.
Mushroom Gorge, the title of Scott's bedroom
It's a fun place.
I remember when Scott said “yeah DLC is never coming out for this game”
When you have to pay attention to the "road".

Holy sh*t, objectivity at its finest!
Is this purgatory?
No, this is Scott.
Not just Scott, Scott the Woz.
Oh boy! A Scott The Woz Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Review - Booster Course Pass. My favorite Booster Course Passes! Just a little longer and we'll get the second part!
He slandered one of my favourite tracks (I love Berlin Byways)
BERLIN BOYS RISE UP
This is a certified "true moment" (berlin is awesome RAAAAGH 🔥🔥🔥)
RARGH (berlin is a city tracks, and scott is a city track hater, this is all his fault >:(((((((
Hell yeah, all of y'all are invited to the Beethoven techno rave
this video truly has me contemplating whether or not Scott will give this game a rest when MK9 is released🤔
Mario Kart Tour IS Mario Kart 9...

A game whose first two releases that looked horrible, followed by two sequels that got unnecessary DLC. Because that's EXACTLY what we want from devs.
@@batmanbud2 Those DLCs were amazing what are you talking about? They had tons of content with their own unique mechanics and stories. No DLC is ever necessary for a complete game. Loved the road joke
Short yet oh-so sweet
All tracks Scott dislikes, are my favorites 😅
Good waves!
“Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass DLC | Newton’s Worst Nightmare Returns Again”
Alright Ohio Boy. We need you to give us a Mario Kart Ride Review, one for Cali and one for Florida. Good Luck.
Day 1:REVEIW CHEEGERS PARTY QUIZ

Scott the woz is in a loop talking about Mario kart 8 when we get to the switch 2 he has to talk about Mario kart 8 again
Vroom
I would of honestly loved 3 waves of well thought out fun tracks
The tour ones always annoy me when I play online cause of the giant red arrows they confuse me if u want to play mario kart tour levels. Go play mario kart tour!!!!!
Look at all that old content for $25
Booster course pack is nintendo at their laziest. Over 10 years of mario kart 8. Gta 6 got announced before mario kart 9…
Nah, that's Tour.
Trust me, Mariokart is lucky. Most IPs usually end getting left to rot.
Besides, what could they even do for the next Mariokart? 8 is perfect as is.
@@batmanbud2 dude cmon... more items more characters and better online mode with voice chat. its been out for over 10 years...
This booster course pass was the most trash ass thing I’ve ever saw
It only exists to promote the gambling mario kart game
How is it promoting the mobile game? If anything, adding the main reason you’d want to play that game, the courses, to MK8 makes it less likely I’d play Tour.
As a Tour player, Gambling was patched out of the game.
