Can you recommend or have a video for replacing crankshaft positioning sensor and or camshaft positioning sensor or preferably both on the V6 5VZFE on vehicle above?

Doing this on mine and I can't seem to get a grip anywhere and there is NO room to even turn the crows foot.
That coolant didn’t look Toyota red for being the correct type …
