Ok in this generation you can easily get back with them in text but Itd be way better to ask them out in person or at least on a video call because getting with or getting back with someone in text is kinda sad tbh

I had asked to see my guy and he said no he had planned out of town. I waited two weeks and just went, I live far-away now but was close by for a month or so. Anyway…I just went for it.
But we went out and drank and of course that made me feel like he had anxiety and so I settled nothing. Except, I did catch on how he’d lied about going out of town two weekends back when I’d originally wanted to visit.
Anyway now…I think it’s all over forever. Don’t think he’ll ever ever call me again.

I’m in situation like this which means maybe me and my ex was in rebound relationship we never see each other but she called me said “lets just be friends” i declined that at my 2nd attempt she insisted “friends or nothing” do i need to move on and forget this person or i need to ignore it even that i saw her check up on me
You are in a good situation. Tell her you don’t want to be friends because there’s history and chemistry and that you will always want her. But if she ever change your mind tell her to give you a call or a text. Then walk away. And mean it and work on yourself to get over the break up. Level up. Don’t wait around, date around, lol
So when some time pass or she see you moving on and having a good time just being you. She might reach out but when she do? Small talk, You’re busy I got to go. When are you free to catch up?. @@ClayAndrews I’ve been keeping myself busy hanging out with friends, going camping, etc. My ex seems to get very upset when I spend time with this one girl. I’ve been trying to work on myself by eating healthier, working out, and trying to reduce stress.
Update
My ex and I were swinging between being cold and maybe being close to getting together. Then he hits me with I'm never having a a girlfreind again. We've both talked and I know we still love each other. He was flirting really hard until a few weeks ago when I told gim how flirting, then going cold, then going silent only to repeat was hurtful. I also asked him flat out if he wanted me fully gone from his lofe because if so I can do that. He got very quiet and shifted and said "I still want to game with you." so then a few days later he refreinfed me on one gaming platform but we haven't talked or gamed or anything in weeks. Not sure how or of I should try to reach out.
