I’m in a bit of a complicated situation. My ex and I had been making progress and connecting really well, but a couple weeks ago I left flowers (probably came off as a bit much) but after that she blocked me on Facebook and stopped responding to texts. We work together as well and she will barely even look at me. I think there is a lot of guilt on her part but I started no contact because our interactions just seemed to get worse. I am at a loss but I do appreciate these videos because they have helped tremendously.
This is so confusing and sad. Like any woman or anyone who has to go through this. :( like how do we know if their wanting us or not some of these could mean they do and then again it could mean we don’t. If a man says that shit to me after we hang out and have a great time I’d be devastated.

My ex spent 5 weeks with after she broke up with her current relationship. Then she calls me out of the blew and tells me that she can't talk and see me anymore because it's not helping her get over her previous relationship. Meanwhile while she was in her previous relationship she kept calling me. What do I do I really want her back?

it sounds like your ex might be at the Test Drive phase. Where she opens her self up but still holding a bit until such time we gained her confidence back. We talk more about those 5 stages in details inside the Ex Solution Program too. :-)
Months ago said she missed the memories we had but was still upset a mistake I made on a tweet. Spoke to her over the weekend and didn’t want to talk and wanted to be done and she would block me but I doubt it. Didn’t block me on IG
I love your knowledge on relationship advice. Trust they won't break up with you when it gets too hard then leave you for years or months. Or wait till someone could be interested in me , to get the new guy away and hope they won't do it again to me. Can be hard to overcome alone. Where were this and you several years ago. I'm waiting for the right guy , my Mr. Right to come along. Your girl is lucky because she sounds like she has a guy that would go the distance for her. It's what I wish I had. You sound like the perfect catch to what I'm looking for.
There's no definite timeframe for that. Remember, that it is behavior so it varies from one person to another. How do you feel about doing the 5x5 exercise to assess your dynamics with her? :-)
Mine has made her made up. It’s been 2 weeks and I mistreated her at times being distrustful. Broke her trust. Got drunk at the end and said bad things. I know she loves me as she said the breakup is very difficult for her. She was very doting and devoted, I love her but I pushed her away due to my issues. I truly don’t think she will ever want me back unless I change my behaviour back to what it was at that start and stay consistent. Problem is she may have moved on…
I think you need to work on yourself because she is clearly tired of your behavior. Love isn’t enough to keep someone. My ex was also very toxic i know what your ex gf feels, you maybe have pushed her so far away that it would take her a lot to come back as she don’t trust you at this point.
My ex is not replying to me. When i went to her, she agreed and went out with me. We had a good time. Acting like couples. After that, we have been talking for a bit. Then one day, she's no longer replying. She only views my messages. Im not blocked on messaging apps and her stuff are still here in my room. But she just wont reply. She only reads my messages. We have been together for 8 years. Im confused. I feel hopeful yet hopeless
