This is my contactless process. I deleted my ex from my social media and took a whole month off. During that month I let my feelings out and went inside. after that month I decided to reopen just Facebook for my family, after 2 months my ex texted me out of the blue. Since then he is the one who texts me and calls me. Last week was my birthday and he texted me again to wish me a happy birthday. Point of my story, no contact work. I especially like the bit about how her unfollowing him was a plea for attention. In a breakup, one person has loss, the other has control. He flipped the script and took control, and gave her the loss. Her unfollowing him was an attempt to take control back from him by making him feel loss. It didn't work. And she couldn't handle the loss.

Very hopeful video. My ex and have been official no contact for 11 weeks now. Yes it’s killing me. And yes I haven’t seen any movement. I think the important thing to bear in mind here is that not going no contact wasn’t getting you anywhere. I think what Coach Black is trying to tell us is that it doesn’t matter how long it takes for your ex to come back and be consistent. Those are the only terms you can accept. Period. I work out a lot. I focus on myself and my career goals. I go out and have fun with my friends and also on my own. Yes it’s tough. There are days when you are weak and you want to cry. I finally realize that this is part of the process and that both my ex and I myself are on a separate necessary journey right now. And that’s ok. I am commited to this.

When you see as yourself as unique and as the best possible option for anyone, it helps you relax. My story with my ex is that he was never “all in” like I was from the start. By going NC you level the playing field but you also go through a lot of ups and downs, releasing your limiting beliefs and affirming your self-concept. Stay strong man, really actually do no contact. I know its the toughest, but if you do it she will find it attractive that you are fine to be by yourself. Let her come to you. Think about it like this. If she doesnt message you, you will be spending time focusing on yourself (which makes you more attractive) and then when she inevitably will contact you…you know for sure how she feels about you. Dont be breaking no contact, let her come to you. I got blocked for a whole year with no closure. I know it’s hard… been there and done that. NC absolutely works! I went NC the whole summer. It was brutal…. and now my ex is with me almost every moment of the day begging to get back together. NC is amazing!!!! Just spend your time working on yourself, read some books, date, hangout and definitely workout.

I needed to read these positive messages about no contact. Was NC for 10 days... Then he contacted me crying that he missed me. But when i gave him an ultimatum... He said we could only be friends. So no contact again. Its been 17 days.. It hurts badly that he could let go off so easily... I don't want to contact him... Because i already know all his arguments... You gave in way too soon. Men will fake emotions to pressure a woman to break no contact. It proves they still have power and actually prolongs to return to you process. They all come back at some point but whenever you strictly enforce no contact, it subconsciously forces them to hurry up and end the other relationship over fear of losing you. Getting a plutonic, new, and attractive guy friends also helps with this as well
He probably had a temporary moment of weakness but had second thoughts after realizing that you were the same woman which only increased the value of the new girl more in his eyes. Which confirms why he dumped you to begin with. You gotta stay strong and convey to him you’re a new entirely woman first, if you want him back. And a new woman never accepts the same old BS.

In summary, it works. If they don't come back, there were not meant for you.

3 months in a breakup and NC but we have daughter together so I call once or twice a week just to speak to my daughter. This last weekend I asked her if she could drop the kids at my place (she has a son who I really adore) so I can spend time with them and she did. But she stayed too and didn’t leave. We were together for like 3hrs and I didn’t bring up the relationship. When it was time to leave she seemed happy and I gave her a kiss on her cheek and they left. I’m not going to make a big fuss about this but it felt good to have them over😤. I miss my family coach ❤

Yep. My wife was always threatening divorce, telling me "why won't you let me go".......So I finally moved out and totally seperated now. We have kids but did as close to no contact as I could. She SAYS she missed me and now SAYS she wants me back but....... She doesn't show that passion, and intimacy is the last priority. She is fine talking and laughing with me, and she'll do nice things for me, but pretty cool in the bedroom. I think I'm just the fallback plan, her plan A dude must have fell through, or something. I am running hot and cold, push and pull on her, which works temporarily but......I'm at the point of just moving on. Sometimes you just accept that someone has changed, and it's not gonna work.

Dang well I messed up cause when they said let’s meet up now out of nowhere I took the bait and then she went ghost on me after. fast forward a week later she sat down with me and told me how she got her heart broken. I was supportive never said anything negative about her rebound relationship then fast forward a week again and she messaged me out of the blue saying she needs a friend right now. Simply said, you can prove someone guilty (distrustful), but you can not prove someone is trustful.

I’ve made a mistake of leaving my gf. After struggling with the guilt and anxiety, decided to send her an email (only thing I was not blocked) saying how I feel about it, and that I’m trying to be a better man and I’m here for her if she gave me a 2nd chance at our love.
After this email, she called me 4 days later to unburden a lot of what’s going on and to argue about all the things that went wrong. Despite calling me 2x in a row for it, she still says a lot during the calls that she will never give me another shot and just wish that she would never see me again.
Don’t know what to do and think, because I feel like the calls is some kind of sos for me to rescue her from the hole.

I'll help you. Its best to get your emotions in control now and as much as it hurts, you need to be strong and work on yourself. Speaking from experience, any sort of contact is seen as an annoyance to them and makes you look needy and desperate and have no options. And those are traits to push someone away further. My advice is to feel sad but don't stay there too long. Wash your face, take a deep breath and tell yourself "if I can attract my ex, I can do it again. If they reach out, fine. If they don't, I'll find someone again and all the excitement of a new relationship will outshine this old one".

No contact is complex. But I'm actually trying it now. My ex would say, give me space, I need time, and then I would go a few days without contacting her, and then she contacts me. I want her back, so bad, but I know if I push to hard, she will leave forever. She recently unblocked me on social media, she called me King for the first time since we we broke up, and she is being extremely nice now. I want her back so bad, but I'm afraid to go for it, and she turns me down. I don't know what to do. I wanna marry this woman. Help me coach

Why does he act like he hates me when he ended our relationship? We were super happy and then boom, just like that. We lived together 3 years and together almost 4. I have been nothing but kind with him because to make matters worse, we work together. Now he ignores me at work and it was not like this the first few months. 4 1/2 months into breakup.
He is starting to feel the pain of separation, it triggers him. A reaction is driven by emotions. If you have nothing but good to him, that's the only explanation.

So back in Nov of 23 was the 1st time I had seen my ex in over a year and Ran into eachother but this time with my new GF & boy was she Sizing her up 🤣🤣🤣.
Fast forward its April 24, my ex outta the blue txts & says Hey How U Doing. I respond with the "Think U have Wrong #" mind you this the 1st contact from her in almost 2yrs. She then begins to say, hey I know you have a girlfriend(cause she saw her) but hope your doing well.
She then says Lol I know you still love me. I'm like why you asking me this, then asked again. Do you still love me or No, simple ?. Im like why do you care then says she doesn't....So why is my ex asking me if I still love her after all this time.

My ex contacted me yesterday after 1 week of no contact after our breakup . She asked how I was then proceeded to make a description of her day before, with videos and stuff.
Then she asked what I’ve been doing the last days, I said and she said what she been doing.
Then she ended the convo again and do not text me since yesterday, after I replied once she liked it and stopped talking.
Don’t know what was her idea or what I think of it, but one thing is true: I’m back to no contact, if she wants to talk she is welcome to reach out, because I won’t!
Some specifics: she broke up because she lost feelings (2nd time) and now it’s for real because she said she knows when it’s over for her.
What should I make of this all?
Seems like she just wants validation from you, she contacted you to “trigger” you back into reaching out. Stay gone 🙌
@@missblunco She reached out a 2nd day in a row, and me as a fool asked if she been missing me and why she texted me, she said she texted me because she wanted to check how I was and still likes my personality and we ended in good terms.
And was not because she missed me in particular. And she did say to me "I don't want to be the toxic ex that texts and gives you hope or anything!"
Then on the 3rd day my dumbass reached ou in the morning, we ended convo at the afternoon, and then she reached out again at night and we talk a bit more, and the convo is over.
Makes tomorrow 1 week again without talking, and I'm sure I aint gonna reach out again first!

depending on how you treated them and how you treat the, ... if the new person is actually treating them well ... they might very well be moving on for real
