U can try Indian food like paneer butter masala with butter naan, rajma chawal, dal makhani, kadai chaap 😅 these are my fav but for sure just try once you will love it

hey girly! I just wanted to say, I cut out energy drinks and my hormonal acne has CLEARED up! It’s insane! I used to down energy drinks to survive nursing school & working night shift. I switched to green tea and spearmint tea, and now have a morning coffee. Anyways just thought I’d throw that out there! It took me months to finally cut out the energy drinks but now I will never go back.

I really do recomend to do shampo 2 times and then hair mask for 3 min and last conditioner and leave on for 3-5 min and wash your body after to prevent body acne❤Ly❤
U can try chicken biryani and chicken kebab
Whey protein broke me out with cystic chin and cheek acne! Once I switched to vegan protein, no breakouts 🙏🏼

This morning I was making my hubby a breakfast burrito and when I put the cheese in it I started thinking about your quesadilla. I have to know what was up with the cheese in it? Do Canadians have their own version of it? Or was it a personal choice… lol I don’t think what you made qualifies as a quesadilla. Lol. I was so intrigued watching you cut up the peppers I was like ooooo that looks good! I love seeing new snack ideas and food ideas… but the cheese… girl you barely seasoned the tortilla with it. The main ingredient in a quesadilla is cheese! Lol especially when you got ready to flip it I was like noooo there isn’t enough cheese to hold all the peppers in!! 😂 it’s the current thought ruminating in my mind.
(All of this said the lightness, laughter and teasing that I would give my besties)
Hahaha totally valid question! Honestly i usually put more cheese but my stomach was upset and that usually comes from dairy so i was kinda holding back with the cheese! & yesss I love to add veggies in my quesa! You gotta try 💕
