It’s good to be “real” but there’s nothing wrong with wanting to be both physically and mentally healthy. For some people that’s journaling early in the morning and for others it’s sleeping in. We as human learn and take ideas from each other to grow, it’s good to find what works for you. Personally if I don’t write or journal in the morning I tend to be more anxious throughout the day but that’s not the case for everyone, just because it’s not YOUR normal, doesn’t mean it’s not someone else’s normal
