Hey girl- highly recommend checking out some supplements that support PMS/period care. The FLO PMS gummies were a game changer for me and they’re all natural. You take them everyday (not just on your period) to balance hormones. Not sure if they ship to Canada but I’m sure you can find something similar. 💞 No one should feel like sh*t for a week out of the month!! Raspberry leaf tea, cramp bark, and ginger also help a lot!!

Supplements don't always work for those of us who have actual gynae issues with our periods. As someone who also has endometriosis and adenomyosis, I can fully sympathise with how Michaela must be feeling. Gynae issues are REAL, and periods aren't manageable for all women, unfortunately 😢

I got an IUD and the pain was very severe. I was used to pain so when doctors told me it was fine and did ultrasounds etc I believed them. Turned out it was not ok-- despite tests the IUD was penetrating my uterus, it caused an appendicitis, cysts, a tumor and my endo was moving my organs. None of the scans caught anything. From my experience and ultimately my surgeon-- IUDs WORSEN endo in 80% of patients. Us endo girls are so used to and normalize pain that we overlook our bodies crying for help!! The best way to treat ends is to get the tissue out of your body. Whatever you do: severe pain is not ok!!

I just want to say the universe and God are not the same thing. I really don’t think we should be encouraging this new age spirituality, as crazy as it might sound, it is very spiritually dangerous! I encourage people to ground themselves in the truth of God’s Word instead of new age spirituality.
