Its one of the best mods imo, but some runewords are op for their cost. I have a 99 sorc, 99 sin, 95 barb, 95 pally, 94 necro, 95 Druid, and 96 Zon. Made a frenzy barb for ubers with a grief and 500 dmg rare Caduceus. Some items are also quite op like the imperial set. I got the colossus girdle which can roll up to -100 light res and gives 35 all res for my nova sorc.
