Good Job. im home from rehab after my stroke and thinking about how i can get back in my shop. My legs are wobbly and i use a quad cane. My right arm icnt hold a wrench but i can squeeze putty. hoping to get it strong enough to get back wrenching. your Videos keep me motivated.. Thanks always for sharing.
Yeah I wish I could just take a couple days to knock it out but Kevin is getting into tire season and there are a bunch of people out on vacation at my job so I can’t leave. I should have it wrapped up this week I think.
I ended up cutting my mounts apart too and recut the angle and welded it back up resulting in lowering the engine 2”.
@@mybadford yup, I’m not sure why they don’t offer the mount in this configuration, obviously everybody is cutting and rewelding them 🤷🏼♂️
Happy Easter 🐣 brother!
Happy Easter, He’s alive ☝️🙏🏻🙌🏻
Thanks, I miss doing this stuff.
Thanks for watching 🤘😎
I'M EXCITED!!!

I was thinking about you a few days ago, I was hoping you were doing better. Keep at her and build your strength, and get back to them projects. 🤩

Very cool brother. 🤙🏻🫡
This little 2.0L is gonna wake this rig up. I think once we get done with the swap me and Kevin will start collecting parts to swap ours 🤣
Just wondering if you could have used a metal hose/pipe instead of taping a new hole in the water pump? thanks for sharing
Possibly, tapping the housing was defiantly easier for me 🤣👌
What gearbox do you use?
We are using the stock samurai transmission and transfer case, I just recently rebuilt it. We used an adapter kit from TrailTough
Did you find the motor in Alaska or have to ship it up?
Kevin has a bunch of trackers and sidekicks on his property 30 minutes out of town, so we sourced this one locally.
