Cracking black and white shots. Photography is all about observation for me, standing out from those iconic shots. I love being different whenever I get the opportunity. So many captures today James that encourage my grey matter to work overtime. Magic. Inspirational.
A wonderful approach to the video and you see those geometric shapes and capture them so well! As always a great day but always love to see what you create for the video. Also you was right in there recording walking in the busy streets. Not easy to do. Anyways, Leeds next?
Thank you for posting! I have been learning and improving how I look at "things" since I started following you...... Thanks again psssst........ if hadn't been for Mali, I never would have heard of you (grin)
Great stuff, as always! And a fine tune to finish off! Thanks James…..
Cheers Rob. Always appreciated 👍👍
Brilliant. My city never fails you.
It’s a great city and I’m reaching distance. Cheers
Love the blacks , superb rendering of the architectural images. Thank You, makes me hanker to return to central Manchester..
It’s a great city Paul and yes, the GR does a good job with the JPEGs. Cheers 👍👍
Another enjoyable excursion. You have a good abstract art eye. A new street gang is being formed then: The Ricoh Kids.
The Ricoh Kids! I like that! Ricoh kids on the block. It’s a great little bit of kit. Cheers Simon 👍👍
Just wonderful. James.
Thank you Dave👍👍

Thanks Steve. Like wise. Not only what you shoot but how you shoot
Just off to the Boot Inn, will watch when I get back.
nice work James, looks like your getting to grips with the Ricoh. Liked the approach of architecture and street, works really well
Thanks Scott. Yeah, really getting used to it but to be fair, it’s fairly easy to handle. The architectural and people approach worked for me

Cheers fellow GR user. I wouldn’t say no to Leeds but warning… it’s in Yorkshire
That seemed to go rather well. Nice set 😊👍
You should have been there Dave! It went really well, even without the distractions. Cheers matey 👍👍

Thank you Toby. There are plenty of ‘things’ around us. Mali does have his advantages 😁👍

Great stuff mate. Another enjoyable mooch with your good self and that Mali bloke.
It was indeed. Cheers Mikey… ever fancied a GR yourself or are you sticking to the Leica?
@@JamesRBurnsVLOG oh I think I'll stick with the leicalike!
That was a great set of images. My god Manchester has changed since I was there last
Thanks Jeff. It’s an excellent place for its diversity of choice to photograph. It’s certainly changed since my clubbing days 😬👍
My partners city James! I'm from Burton, but love going to hers! Love Manchester for photography!
Cheers Jonathon. Not far from me is Manchester. About an hour on the train, over the Pennines to the dark side! 😬👍👍
Very Bill Brandt Blacks going on there James love it.
Any reference to Bill will do. Acquired a book of his recently. Always good for inspiration, alongside Kenna. Cheers Iain.
@@JamesRBurnsVLOG Yes Kenna too and not forgetting Alan Schaller.
