    Poor Luca. Someone made him feel bad about his sumo so he repa out almost 600 no problem conventional. Hope the haters gave him s break after that

    The visual you made with your hands on the second squat to demonstrate squat bracing finally made the ribs down cue click. I was imagining it as an ab crunch before but the visual connected it to how the entire core/lats should be working together.

    Ribs down. Got it. I was trying to stay very upright in my squat but in my defense I think that’s the point of high bar? Thank you for the bracing cues and I will work on fixing that next time I squat. :)

    No offense because I know this is free information and in general your content in very good. But I don’t think I hear a single good tip or helpful comment in this FCF. Most of the comments were condescending and revolved round the idea of ‘’ditch’’ the belt, change your stance, lower the bar, etc etc. Which are empty advices which I believe no one will actually follow with any success.
    Just my honest opinion.

      I don't really agree, maybe the comments could be more advanced but they are still useful, at least for me they are

      He had people that had really solid lifts on this one. Not too much to add except what he did. Go watch old ones if you want more in depth critiques. What's the point of this comment? His channel isn't big but he's been putting out absolute gold for years. Literally no point in this except to make him feel bad. Guys a treasure trove of good info. Don't even put a little bit of negative energy into his comments.

      ⁠@@matthewfrisicaro8650300K subscribers in a big channel and I don’t get it, why you are so scared of criticism? Most of these athletes need more advanced advices, no shallow stuff like put the bar down a bit or for the sumo guy that he should change his stance and reduce weight.
