Man, I just love how Bryce frames concepts in lifting. Even when the cues arent specifically useful to me, he's adding all kinds of rationale to the mix that gets me to think about my lifts much gooder. Just thoughtful stuff, well articulated. Love this channel.

If i squat below parallel, my lower back gets so fked i cant workout for months. Chripractor says my spine is fine, but pain was so bad i had to go to the emergency room.

The guy in last part of this video in the gym that looks like a signature Crunch Fitness squatting with right hip issues. Look at his feet! His right foot is overly pronated very greatly, and more pronated than his left. He needs to work on his Gluteus medialis and Vastus medialis oblique. That is why pause and pin squats are being recommended and why the development of "sick looking quads," are recommended. He is not giving the scientific medical reason in the video for his advice but did anyone else notice his right foot?
Anis should be able to lift much more with the strength of multiple people.

First guy clearly has weak knee extensors as his hips shoot up and he falls forward. He’d do well to do a lot of quad work for hypertrophy and strength. Think hack squat, leg extension, Bulgarian splits etc. say a meso cycle or two. Upper back isn’t an issue. Form is bad because strength is unbalanced.
