These congressmen are clueless. Pete reveals these clowns for what they are. The further is coming like it always has move with it or sit in the dark.
Hey "government". GET OUT OF OUR LIVES!
Amen 🙏
I agree get government out of abortion and IVF too. Quit shoving religion down people's throats too.
Yes. Get government out of women’s reproductive choices.
@@gregorynaber2901 Get religion out of government.
@@lancecarona2554 Can't do that. Our Republic is based on having God in our lives and government. Why else do you think everything in the U.S. is haywire. People & government have gotten away from God.
If he's afraid of clowns, he's in the wrong damned party!
The 7,500 tax credit has been in place for over ten years. Including during Trump's admin
We have EVs on our dealership lot and we can not give them away. $8000 discount plus the $7500 government subsidies and nobody even opened the door to look at them. They tell us they don’t want EVs they want hybrids.
what about the 15 million per hour we subsidize the oil industry? Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
@steveinoz8188 Dealer markups? You are so wrong…We are giving any profit as a discount to moves these turds. You may want to learn a little bit about the car industry before embarrassing yourself again
@@CountryFenderBass Are you trolling?
As always, Buttigieg completely annihilated them. They use speculation, conjecture, and emotionally-charged language and try to cut Pete off, and hes able to stay on point and discuss actual data and policy. The mental gymnastics on the right are just great.

@@swirlingvortex2022 Not going to happen.
CA has already turned into the seventh circle of hell because of these crackpot dreams 🙄
The 4th biggest economy in the world, sounds terrible!
@ryanwc67 Average home price of over $860k, skyrocketing crime and homelessness, hundreds of thousands less workers than in Jan 2020, increasing prices, especially in restaurants thanks to minimum wage laws, and lost tax revenues to states like Texas and Florida (IRS studies these figures) all sound amazing, don't they?
Median* home price, not average, so not due to expensive outliers bumping up figure
@@j.t.8685 10% of the US population lives there nearly 40 million. If you're using statistics , statistically you're more likely to get shot in Alabama or Kentucky which I believe has the highest crime rate in America or the lowest education rate, and reading scores in America, the highest teen pregnancy rates in America, likely a higher homeless population you just can't see them cuz they live in the woods you can go on and on and on, The Republican party has a long history of not investing in the well-being of their citizens they would rather give their Rich benefactors tax cuts to the point where the society has collapsed and they all moved to California or Washington state or any other city where citizens have opportunity. Texas is the only outlier and likely will be in play soon politically because those big companies that move there to avoid participating in the society of fellow Americans need an educated workforce that California taxpayers paid for and Washington state taxpayers paid for and all of the other so-called terrible States paid for. And they believe that participating in society should be a priority for the well-being of All American citizens. Corporate greed with no bounds don't care about you me or anyone. Every tax cut they get someone's got to pay for society so your taxes are going to go up it's that simple.
@ryanwc67 When you over-tax the rich, they simply pick up and leave to greener pastures / rearrange their finances, which is when you end up in a situation like the current one in CA where middle-income earners are taxed at a higher top marginal rate (9.3% at $68,350) than most states tax their millionaires. CA lost $23.8 billion dollars in income in 2022 ($5.4 billion to Texas, $2.9 billion to Florida, $1.5 billion to Tennessee, etc.). The government isn't simply going to go without its tax revenues, so it's forced to increase tax rates on CA incomes.
I already mentioned that the median home price in CA is approaching a million dollars thanks to the CA government. Energy costs 2 to 3 times as much and gasoline $1-$2 more than in states without burdensome environmental restrictions.
The Bureau of Economic Analysis just released data not long ago showing annual growth in proprietors' income since the start of the pandemic has lagged inflation in CA (1.6%). CA has about 400,557 fewer workers than it did at the start of the pandemic.
Newsom sued last year to block a voter initiative that would have made it more difficult to raise taxes & won, but most people outside of Sacramento lost. It's all crumbling before us.

Vehicle recalls are now used to install gps trackers, so they know where every vehicle is at all times, and then they install strips in the roadway to also track you. One big surveillance state being installed, and nobody is going to push back?
This is the TRUTH, i know mechanics that will agree
You mean how companies know where you are because of your phone….. I guess you probably don’t have a smart due to the invasion of tracking you

The more big data anyone can process, the more accurate the manipulation can be.
I have a vast knowledge (15+ years) in big data and manipulative tactics in marketing… per the reason I quit 4.5 years ago to become blue color. I AM WAYYYY HAPPIER, not manipulating and “speaking half truths” by using BIG data to “half lie” to consumers, just to get their money.
Getting data from one source is good, but getting data from more than source 9 times out of 10 makes it more accurate.
So yeah, I am against the government using our data in ANY way.
As per the phone comment. I dig your liberal response to a conclusion that is almost a requirement in the world we live today. Why? Just why argue? Does it stroke your ego? Does it make you feel better? Small p…..? Why?

Anyone trying to mandate EV's should be taken into custody at this point.

I’m sure back in the day you felt the same way about the car replacing the wagon
@@WillyJWill No
Mandates are unconstitutional. They know it, but think we don’t. They can’t force us to purchase an EV. IT’S ILLEGAL
@@WillyJWill back in the day, no one forced you to buy a car. Only those who could afford them bought one.
It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that every EV vehicle must move THE WEIGHT OF 10 PASSENGERS - before anybody enters the car. Not to mention that 80 % of the electricity used must be generated by fossil energy?
Buttigeg is right on the oil and gas subsidies. The environmental costs are a completely fabricated from assuming every natural disaster is caused by global warming and that global warming is at a much greater rate due to man. Those are extreme leaps. And the shifts being pushed are not any better for the environment. It's just making people wealthy and costing normal people more. These new vehicles don't last nearly as long, and are cheaper to replace than repair. How can that be good for the environment? How does all that additional manufacturing save the environment?
Don't ever tell Buttigeig thanks for coming, he'll take it the wrong way
Tell him you work for the people an what the people want.
No you’re not going to build those 500,000 chargers by 2030 because these democrat policies will be going away soon.

Well all this is completely rude. Why do you talk over each other. It's all a complete scam.
This has been happening at the EPA through both types of administrations. If we don’t stop the EPA we all will only be able to buy EVs
Buttigieg is a liar. Gas-powered cars is more less expensive than EV cars. Tell me---
Cow farts will bring mother nature to her knees... 🙄

How will the electricity be generated
That's what made America great and that's what's making China great
Electric car is just a natural progression. Electric cars pay road tax at registration
I have 2 electric cars, and am never going back. They're the best cars I've ever owned.
I would have an EV if I never went more than 100 from home.

Boycott those EV cars!!!
Buttigieg smacked this guy left and right, lol. I love EVs!
Remember, the Chevron bill has been overturned, meaning that this agency can now be sued for their regulations.
Bro. You could already sue. You should learn more about what the ruling change.
@willy Yes, you are correct that there is a significant difference now. Previously, the FMCSA and other agencies benefited from a law that allowed the court to support federal agencies' interpretations of laws or regulations, as long as they were reasonable. However, this has been overruled and a statute of limitations has been introduced, starting at 6 years once a company is impacted by a regulation. This means that companies now have a better chance of successfully challenging federal regulations that are imposed on them.
Need reeducation
Pete is correct. He made the other guy look like a buffoon.

When we build roads we use diesel powered equipment!!!!
