I don’t have it posted on the fitment industries gallery. But my tc 2nd gen, is on coils, dropped sbout 3 inches on 18x9.5 30 no fenders rolled and no rubbing
@@NeightrixPrime Agreed although the interior sort of grew on me before I worked on mine. With that said; I had my seats upholstered in red leather like the newer Camry's. I refinished all silver trim and replaced the boots and e-brake with custom leather boots and had custom fabricated shift knob, reverse lock out and e-brake handle and button made by ACGG.
@@NeightrixPrime I forgot to add that I use 303 aerospace protectant for the plastic interior bits. It brings out the luster in them and the textile finish from the factory looks so much better than the "leather" that most manufacturers try to mimic. Its pretty unique and I've never seen it done in other cars.
I've owned 15 tC for over a year. In its stock for with some good driving skills I absolutely wrecked everyone at autocross. Came in 13th out of 54 people. I beat S2k, vettes and Porsches. It was insane. Got a ton of props. These are not bad cars at all. Definitely comparable to a civic si. Top end is pretty weak but it's low end torque and first and second gear have a lot of torque in them and they come with some beefy thick swaybars from the factory.
Sorry for the noob question. When you are replacing both tires & rims what options are there for the old tires & rims? Assuming the old tires have some life left in them? Is there trade in value? What's the best place to sell them? Any other options?
I have a question. I have a 2012 TC on 18x8.5 +38 offset konig Hypergrams tires are 235/45 and on TRD springs. I want spacers. What are the widest spacers i can do without rub or added tings? No garage, I will have my local discount tire install. Tried to email but nothing happens when I press 'submit'
I know everyone wants to go wide and low-profile.... but.... what's the narrowest, smallest wheel I could put on my 2014 Tc (not lowered, currently stock brakes)? Looking to setup a set with snow tires for the Winter, and narrow/high-profile works best (just ask a rally driver). Pretty sure I could run 17"s, could I run 16"s?? How narrow? What offset?
@@fitmentindustriesgarage5583 ok, good to know. Looked like it would take 16"s but I wasn't sure. I'll hit you guys up next month to see what kind of package we can do.
When Gels said the gen2.5 facelift was "much needed"... 😔 I have a gen2 and think it has more traditional "JDM" styling. The facelift seems more Euro inspired like all the new Toyotas
What fits a mk7 gti! Sometimes I agree more with Dakota and think that black wheels wouldn't pop out enough. With a dark grey car tho (Carbon Steel Grey), I could go any direction. I still can't even decide on a finish! I've been looking a lot at JNC, ESR, Aodhan, Rotiform, XXR, and F1R, but my goodness there are a lot of options. After following Alex's advice, I bought suspension before wheels. I'm finally stage 2 now, and couldn't be more tired of the stockers on the car. It's time to start looking good. help me pls...
All gens look equally as good. Just build it right and don’t make it ricey with your fake shift boots to cover your auto shifter and your 8 tow hooks 😂

355/35/17 all four corners PHATIST 🎉evr
Any chance 16s would fit?
So grateful for this video
mann no love for the first gen tC :(((((( ill still watch it tho
First gen was better tho lol better build quality imo
Damion P eh idk maybe. i do know the second generations 2AR-FE Engine is better when it comes to reliability. Makes a little better power too.
@@mikesuarez5231 2AR’s make more power from factory but the 2AZ’s I’d argue would make more power with aftermarket add ons
First gen right here ✌.
That gen ugly af
I’ve been running 17x9.5’s with a +5 offset for the last 2 years and have never regretted it
What year
Can 19x 9.5 fit a Scion tC 2010
You can depending on the offset! You’ll also need to roll your fenders!

Seeing that fitment could help a ton of others! And if you add it to the gallery you have a chance to get featured! www.fitmentindustries.com/add
What size tires you runnin?
I would normally write this car off but now I'm starting to want one considering how cheap they are.

I want flushed fitment for the 2015 any recommendations??? Anyone have the secret formula?!
How would Niche m224 19x8.5 be on stock height(gonna do wheels before lowering)

What wheels new edge mustang or celica
Didn't show much of the lower generation models but nice vid thanks
Tbh the gen 2 tc looks better but you can do more to the gen 1

Why the heck would you ignore gen 1 when gen 1 is more popular 😔
i think the 2nd gen is more popular tbh
@@aiibertt Isn't there more aftermarket parts for first gen though?
2nd Gen is DEFINITELY much more popular & has the least issues of all
Gen2 & 3 look the best.
Gen1 looks super girly
It’s the other way around
@@28OverPar toyota literally said they wanted the tC to look more masculine for the second generation. So yeah.
MX73 Cressida next 😍
I had gotten brand new wheels off of fitment industries and crash my tc

I’d love to see BMW M2 (Competition) what fits I feel like that car can pull off so mant different styles
Bout to get them STR 514 18" Gold wheels on my tc

If y'all wanna see a 2016 with vacuum gold chrome Aodhan DS01 check out my Tc! :))
Lmao my car is in this video it’s the second one featured that’s grey
How you gonna cover the tc2 and not cover the tc1 just throw the specs up lol
disliked because fitment industries.
Gen 2.5 looks way better than gen 1b
Gen 1 tC looks better than Second Gen, you can't change my mind.

than the 2012 version? 😂

I agree , the old tcs Look like its own car but the second generation tcs look like mini Camerys
