I have a 2006 with 84k on it, bought it in 09 as the second owner, and it still runs awesome. It doesn't burn any oil or have any leaks, and I've only had to replace the water pump on it. I'm glad to see more people really liking this car and giving it some of the appreciation that it deserves.
Got 205k on mine Bought at 132k in 2014 Almost no problems. Had a spark plug clip break, so I had to replace the pig tail, but it has been trouble free. I treat it nice

Set up other future plans with the car, even the smallest other minute details of customization will mean a lot to fans…😁👍
Look at Vlogs similar to like “Kings Must Rise” here on TH-cam. Build Vlogs of your journey with the car…even if some of those Vlogs are not central on the car, so long as they see your car in the vid…would still mean a lot. Remember, some of us fans live vicariously through other people who go through these builds.

I have an 06 tc and I am really enjoying this car It came with modded springs, rims, and peeling clearcoat. Does anybody have any ideas for what to do about the clearcoat issue? i don't want to pay $1000 for a paintjob the entire car was only $2800 I was considering wrapping the hood and mirrors since that is where it is peeling the worst. I would appreciate any feedback anybody has for fixing up my car without breaking the bank. thanks
the front lip , rear lip and side skirts are all from toyota , it's kinda hard to find those now... sometimes you can get lucky and someone might be parting it out.. good luck though , they're out there!

Which one ? For carbon fiber one ( grey one ) was from Amazon or eBay The carbon Kevlar (yellowish one) Is from a company called password jdm and the part is a spark plug cover I think As far as the valve cover being red I used high heat VHT wrinkle coat paint in spray can ✌🏼 cheers hope that helps
The rear bumper is stock , the car does have the oem gfx lip kit , which is the front bumper lip , the side skirts and the rear lip on the rear bumper . I also added a rear diffuser from Amazon or eBay don’t remember . Hope that makes sense …
those VRD fogs ...im jelly. how did you make those door inserts? also, that little gap on your front fenders, by where door is...how did you do that? looks sick man
I actually bought them pre cut off of ebay at the time.... might still be able to buy it from there... from there I took my door panel off , laid the fabric over it and used 3M adhesive glue... comes in canned bottle.
The gap you speak of is a fender spacer There is a video on my channel where I install that , I forget the name of the company that makes it but it’s on the video cheers ✌🏼
it is straight pipped mostly , I put a resonator because of the raspy sound... but there are not catalytic converters .. stock they come with two. Cheers!

3k You can get this same setup . You can go with bc racing extreme low coilovers , and any wheel 18x9.5 +35 wrapped in 215/40/18 tires and still have some cash left over for a front lip 🤙🏼 That would be a great start 🙂
They’ve been great for what I’m using them for ! I’d recommend coils because of their adjustability. Do it suspension is one of the best upgrade in my opinion ! Thanks for the support

honestly , the best way is to start with suspension and wheels. It will transform the look of your car.

I got a muffler and resonator delete still have cats though no pops and bangs

I changed it out . When you buy it they come pre cut , all I did was use 3M Spray glue . Cheers !
