It's even better with red onion, chives, green onions of course, black pepper, diced bell pepper, some dill, and a bit of garlic. I have a sandwich like that, with some sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and ice cold lemon water.

It’s a mayo from Japan, I think. Very famous there. Most Asian markets carry it. It’s more savory than regular American mayo
