When I’m craving French onion dip, I mix Philly with a bit of mayonnaise or plain yogurt, a good squeeze of lemon juice, and plenty of those dried fried shallots that you can buy from Asian grocery shops. Salt to taste. Let it sit for a while before eating so the shallots can soften.
I would never have thought of adding crunched up chips to Jalapeno poppers until viewing this video, cheers Janice and keep up the great content! PS, cheese and Ramon goes so well together, it's kind of weird but works!
