I've watched all of these multiple times since childhood. Him and Jim Carrey are my favorite comedy actors of the 90s
Something I like about this movie is that you start out thinking that he is dumb with everything except water, and the voice doesn't help, you kinda judge him harshly. But you see how he benefits from his education when he manages to confuse his mom and girlfriend at the BBQ with what he learned. You get to see that he isn't really dumb so much as he just has an impediment and wasn't given the opportunity to learn.

The actor Rob Shneider who says to "cut off his head" and "you can do it all night long" is in a lot of movies with Adam Sandler. He talks in a similar way with the crowds in Happy Gilmore. They work well together. Rob is also in a movie called The Benchwarmers. Benchwarmers features the actor who played Napoleon Dynamite (Jon Heder). It would certainly be a funny non family friendly movie to watch. Its about three adults going against an entire little league baseball season by themselves in order to stick it to all those bullies who never let any of the non athletic types have any fun. It also features Terry Cruise and James Earl Jones among other famous actors/actresses. Imagine Napoleon Dynamite meets the movie Dodgeball. Thats whats it is like a mixture of. It also features some fan culture references like starwars and the tv show night rider. Its a good one to try if your interested.
