Most workout videos online have no commentary and just music, so I was missing out proper guidance on how to do some moves. Really appreciate your directions. The workouts suited best to me, well paced and balanced. Also loved the warm up and stretching! Big thanks for making these classes.
Really are great workouts! I live in the middle of nowhere with no local gyms & a stay at home mom.. I’ve always been very active was in the medical field & fire department, & now have old injuries, & old surgeries & these workouts are low impact yet very challenging. & easy for a busy mom with minimal equipment. I’m very happy I found your page. 😊

how do you know the right height adjustment? I spent all my time trying to get the right tension adjustment and the workout was done. Had to go back multi times to feel like I did anything.

Agreed!! This is my 4th month, love the workouts and def feel more toned and safe in my dancing (I’m a prof jazz dancer in my late 30s) as I’ve had no muscle pulls since I started, after recovering from a couple injuries last year.
Got day 8 done today. The one legged wall sit was a little hard with the injured ankle but I got through it. I need the leg work for sure. I added in dumbbells too! 💪

This says beginner friendly... I just started your program and I'm not so sure about that. Also, can you recommend an alternative/ modification to the side plank? I have neck and shoulder issues and can't do this one.
Perhaps a regular forearm plank? if you feel my channel is not the right fit for you, you might want to check out Trifecta Pilates, she also makes wall pilates workouts

Thanks so much for posting a new calendar for May and I’m so looking forward to the 14 day challenge after Memorial Day! Diving into month 5 I am feeling so in tune with my body like never before and am really connecting with each exercise, able to really squeeze the target muscles now - it’s been a ‘wow’ factor for me. I did this workout with another full body - my goal now is to try to do a few together when I’ve got the time, hope to maybe do this 3-4 days a week……you’re incredible, grateful to have found you ❤
