      I can't believe I already made it to Day 8! Rachel, what I love about your challenge is it's truly beginner-friendly 🥰 That means you know just the right level of challenge for a beginner such that we don't end up having body pains after doing Day 1 which becomes a deterrent for moving on to Day 2 and the succeeding days. You also know what day to do the light routine like stretches which surprisingly removes any bodyache I feel before starting the exercise. Thank you so much! ❤

    Day 8. Great full body workout! Feeling it EVERYWHERE today. I’m combining these workouts with a daily walk, as well as intermittent fasting. I weighed myself today for the first time in a week. I’m down 3 lbs. Great start. I know not every week will be as much, but I’ll be happy as long as there is no weight gain. Thank you!

    Idk what day I’m on … but it’s Thursday of the second week! And I have abs 😅 so Yayy! Just need to incorporate more cardio and I think I’m gonna really like the way my body takes to this. Thanks for these videos!!

    All done and feeling good after a day of feeling down. Perimenopausal and feeling bloated during a missed period I know it’s the hormones and it makes me feel like I’m not achieving anything….however I finding I’m getting better at some of the exercises and feeling stronger 😊 positivity - thanks Rachel for this 😁

    Having a difficult time greeting back to exercise. I feel that my body is asking to start moving again. I am starting to have body ache and I have not been exercising in 4 yrs, perimenopause is starting to take a toll. I like to know your best video to get started. Thank you.

      My back kills me everyday so I imagine this will hurt for awhile but long as it helps strengthen it in the end

      Everyone has a different level of low back arch to start.. mine is quite arched so if I don’t tuck under, my low back hurts too. I demonstrate how to do it in this TH-cam short. Hope it helps!

    I'm turning 40 soon. Havenever been serious about working out as i have always been naturally fit. Started a week ago and loving it. I can feel my core getting stronger and my posture has improved. My mental health also in a better place. Thank you

    Day 8 done 55 yo heavy but stronger lady ...I bought ankle weights and omg 🥴 but I need all the help I can get 😅...humbling yet I now have my goal of the controlled full sit up...not close but I am going as far as I can with overhead arms without yanking myself forward each one trying to go a little farther.. sometimes frustrated sometimes surprised...but definitely determined...see you tomorrow for day 9! ❤

    Hi Rachel, I am really enjoying your videos and am on day 20 now. I previously tried yoga and found it hard to follow and if I am honest quite boring but your pilates sessions are execellent. When I finish the 28 days I want to focus on abs, glutes and legs (particularly inner/outer thighs) please could you suggest which of your videos or plans to use. Thanks

      Hi! No I eat a lot of meat. Eggs + avocado for breakfast, chicken steak or fish with vegetables and pasta or potatoes for lunch and dinner.. and usually a little chocolate each day!

    Day 20 completed.. in part I am disappointed in myself for taking breaks on the other hand I’m proud I come back and go at it. I love these workouts.     Iv come here to loose my mum tum it's a little sag iv lost alot of weight size 18 to a size 10 but can't get rid of my little sagbag on my tummy .fingers crossed something happens starting tommorrow .I'm going to take pictures and look in a month see if there's a difference 🥺🤞

    Sorry one more question as I noticed it today - I checked and I am staying on the shoulder blades but I can’t help feeling like there’s a burn/squashing on the extra skin/flab between the blades and shoulder/neck…Is that ok?

    I’m so confused!
    Maybe because I’m using my phone not a laptop, so I can’t always see full titles, but I can’t find all 28 days of your challenge.
    If I click on this video , there are lots of videos but random, and ones not in the 28 day challenge.
    I did see a day 6( tomorrow for me ) but there must be an easier way of accessing?

    any suggestions for preventing the shoulders from hurting while laying down doing this? all the rubbing against my layed out blanket got to me. Is it better to do it on the plain floor?

      a non slip mat is best, otherwise I would try to pick a clothing material that doesn't slip as much and yes, I would bet a plain floor is better than a blanket

    Round 2 day 20 the best I have felt doing this one. However is it weird to feel armpit hurt when you’re doing the single leg work ?

      It could be you’re pressing your arms down to stay steady. If it’s uncomfortable I would do the single leg work with legs on the ground, not the wall

    Day 8 (2 July 2024) Another late one as we have guests but thanks for a great full body work out. Sitting at my desk for too long today and this has definitely helped my back and upper arms feel like they have had a workout. Really enjoying making time in day for these work outs.

    Day 8 ✔️ , i have noticed my hips are more stable when I am doing table top exercises and also my breathing is in tune with my movements !!!

    But my knees are not ok... they’re in pain all the time (not only during workout) and idk why i started to feel this knee pain after I started this 28 days workouts 😢 i am so excited about workouts but the pain in my knees scares me.. I don’t want to injure me.. I already have a lot of different pain in my multiple places lol i want to be healthy! And fit like before... ❤ i miss my old self!

Bending might hurt too.     Loving these workouts 😊 I'm thinking about buying the ankle/wrist weights, as I only have 3kg dumbbells at the moment. Do you suggest any particular weight for the bands?

      Yes I usually recommend 2lbs (so they are each 2lbs)

    I play pickleball almost everyday but really needed more. I have a lot of backpain and feel it is probably due to a weak core,l. I'm on day 5. I can barely do the routines (but do my best to do them properly)....hahha. They are tough.
    I'm held back especially in the beginning while my back adjusts to just lying on the mat. I feel like I need to loosen up more to subside the pain before beginning. Any stretching suggestions to help do that? I do the warm-ups in the beginning. I really liked the stretch day.

      That’s awesome! No, I decided to go into Pilates after I had my 2nd child abt 4 years ago! I’ve always been drawn more to fitness than rehab but it’s been a great background and very complimentary to Pilates! I do keep up my license in OT though and do enjoy the continuing ed courses!

    I’m joining in on the July calendar now. I’m going to do the wall Pilates instead of the 1-2-3 because I’ve been following and doing the wall Pilates for a couple of months now. After July maybe I’ll get my courage and my strength and stamina lol up enough to try some of your other workouts!
    Used 2 pound plus 1 pound ankle weights on the wrists and then the ankles today. Yay! Total of 3 pounds on each limb! These last 2 months working here has obviously helped me a lot. Thank you so much Rachel!

    Have been loving these workouts. Could you please include distance of your hips to wall when lying on your back for about work, bridging up, etc.? Sometimes hard to know if I’m at the right distance from wall.

    Enjoyed this one! I am traveling and used bands in a modified way for most of the movements. Worked well! Love the flexibility of options. Also love that I can feel my abs getting stronger! 🎉

    The bridging, especially up and down, makes me slide away from the wall. Usually this is just annoying and doesn’t really matter, but I have really bad sunburn on my shoulder blades 😖
    These workouts are really good and I am just complaining lol - going to push through it because I already missed day 8

      My guess is that you’re trying to stay lifted by pushing into the wall rather than using your glutes to stay up. It improve as your glutes get stronger but it is absolutely on to put your feet on the ground and do all the bridging work that way, like a regular bridge.. you’ll still strengthen the same muscles and hopefully it will be more comfortable!
