I can't believe I already made it to Day 8! Rachel, what I love about your challenge is it's truly beginner-friendly 🥰 That means you know just the right level of challenge for a beginner such that we don't end up having body pains after doing Day 1 which becomes a deterrent for moving on to Day 2 and the succeeding days. You also know what day to do the light routine like stretches which surprisingly removes any bodyache I feel before starting the exercise. Thank you so much! ❤
Day 8 complete! As a blind person who finds it hard to work out, as it isn’t always safe, this is amazing! Something that is safe for me to complete without worry!
I did Rachels pilates all winter last year and what a difference it made for me and by balance. I am 72 years old and now am starting my winter wall pilates once again. Thank you ! I love it!
Day 8. Great full body workout! Feeling it EVERYWHERE today. I’m combining these workouts with a daily walk, as well as intermittent fasting. I weighed myself today for the first time in a week. I’m down 3 lbs. Great start. I know not every week will be as much, but I’ll be happy as long as there is no weight gain. Thank you!
All done and feeling good after a day of feeling down. Perimenopausal and feeling bloated during a missed period I know it’s the hormones and it makes me feel like I’m not achieving anything….however I finding I’m getting better at some of the exercises and feeling stronger 😊 positivity - thanks Rachel for this 😁

Wonderful to read all the positive comments here! Almost like becoming a part of a group workout. Thank you Rachel! It really makes a difference! Day 8 combined with regular walks, yoga classes and water workouts. I feel that my core is rather strong but hands are weak and wiggly, posture is forward bending, I used to have regular problems with headaches, because of the tense neck and shoulders (sitting for hours behind the computer). So your exercises are really good for me. Good luck to all of you!
I'm turning 40 soon. Havenever been serious about working out as i have always been naturally fit. Started a week ago and loving it. I can feel my core getting stronger and my posture has improved. My mental health also in a better place. Thank you

Day 8 done 55 yo heavy but stronger lady ...I bought ankle weights and omg 🥴 but I need all the help I can get 😅...humbling yet I now have my goal of the controlled full sit up...not close but I am going as far as I can with overhead arms without yanking myself forward each one trying to go a little farther.. sometimes frustrated sometimes surprised...but definitely determined...see you tomorrow for day 9! ❤

Day 20 done! A day later though. I couldn’t do it yesterday cause I went outside to play basketball 🏀 with the kids. So I switched day 20 ato today. Maybe later I’ll do day 21. It says rest day or abs. Also, I noticed I’m a lot stronger this time around. Still no ankle weights but I added dumbbells to the workout. Legs are still shaky but not like before! Simply great! Thank you so much!
Started this workout 8 days ago. It seems easy but some parts are a challenge. Thank you for these work out videos. I’ve had a few injuries that hindered me from working out with heavier weights, so this is great.

Day 8 (2 July 2024) Another late one as we have guests but thanks for a great full body work out. Sitting at my desk for too long today and this has definitely helped my back and upper arms feel like they have had a workout. Really enjoying making time in day for these work outs.
Thank you so much for these videos. I’ve really enjoyed them. I had some knee and shoulder pain from time to time, but after a week and a half of starting, I felt a noticeable improvement. You are very easy to follow!
I’m joining in on the July calendar now. I’m going to do the wall Pilates instead of the 1-2-3 because I’ve been following and doing the wall Pilates for a couple of months now. After July maybe I’ll get my courage and my strength and stamina lol up enough to try some of your other workouts! Used 2 pound plus 1 pound ankle weights on the wrists and then the ankles today. Yay! Total of 3 pounds on each limb! These last 2 months working here has obviously helped me a lot. Thank you so much Rachel!
Missed a couple days but that’s okay! I need to trust the process and stick to the schedule to the best of my ability. Thank you so much for this one Rachel! I was actually able to do it without modifications until the very end so I’m already seeing improvement in my strength and endurance.

Idk what day I’m on … but it’s Thursday of the second week! And I have abs 😅 so Yayy! Just need to incorporate more cardio and I think I’m gonna really like the way my body takes to this. Thanks for these videos!!

Enjoyed this one! I am traveling and used bands in a modified way for most of the movements. Worked well! Love the flexibility of options. Also love that I can feel my abs getting stronger! 🎉

Have been loving these workouts. Could you please include distance of your hips to wall when lying on your back for about work, bridging up, etc.? Sometimes hard to know if I’m at the right distance from wall.
I'm finishing my 28 days challenge and I'm very thankful for this however, I have a feeling that there was not enough or not at all workout for the chest alone to lift the bust and for the inner thighs so that I could feel them burning. I hope you could create some new videos to cover these 2 topics. I would be so grateful 😊❤ thank you Rachel 😘
Thank you! Generally with exercise, chest exercises can help grow the muscle underneath but will not lift the skin at the bust. And for the inner thighs, I don't do a lot of inner thigh work because it won't do anything for fat reduction there. But thank u for the feedback and I hope you'll continue to work out with me! :)

Hi Rachel, I am really enjoying your videos and am on day 20 now. I previously tried yoga and found it hard to follow and if I am honest quite boring but your pilates sessions are execellent. Day 20 completed.. in part I am disappointed in myself for taking breaks on the other hand I’m proud I come back and go at it. I love these workouts. Wow, this morning was tough!! I figured out that I must place my feet on the floor otherwise my glutes just sit there with my core keeping me upright 😂 so today my glutes worked overtime. I think I will start over again so I get the benefit of days 1-7 and when I can have my glutes kick in on the wall I will give it another try ❤
Day 8 ✅ But my knees are not ok... they’re in pain all the time (not only during workout) and idk why i started to feel this knee pain after I started this 28 days workouts 😢 i am so excited about workouts but the pain in my knees scares me.. I don’t want to injure me.. I already have a lot of different pain in my multiple places lol i want to be healthy! And fit like before... ❤ i miss my old self!

Day 8 (2 July 2024) Another late one as we have guests but thanks for a great full body work out. Sitting at my desk for too long today and this has definitely helped my back and upper arms feel like they have had a workout. Really enjoying making time in day for these work outs.

I’m joining in on the July calendar now. I’m going to do the wall Pilates instead of the 1-2-3 because I’ve been following and doing the wall Pilates for a couple of months now. After July maybe I’ll get my courage and my strength and stamina lol up enough to try some of your other workouts!
Used 2 pound plus 1 pound ankle weights on the wrists and then the ankles today. Yay! Total of 3 pounds on each limb! These last 2 months working here has obviously helped me a lot. Thank you so much Rachel!

Idk what day I’m on … but it’s Thursday of the second week! And I have abs 😅 so Yayy! Just need to incorporate more cardio and I think I’m gonna really like the way my body takes to this. Thanks for these videos!!

I'm going to keep using these resistance bands. I do not have weights at the moment; therefore, these bands are doing wonders. Day 8 crushed 😍 💪🏾 ✨️ 🙌 ❤️

Have been loving these workouts. Could you please include distance of your hips to wall when lying on your back for about work, bridging up, etc.? Sometimes hard to know if I’m at the right distance from wall.

I'm finishing my 28 days challenge and I'm very thankful for this however, I have a feeling that there was not enough or not at all workout for the chest alone to lift the bust and for the inner thighs so that I could feel them burning. I hope you could create some new videos to cover these 2 topics. I would be so grateful 😊❤ thank you Rachel 😘
Thank you! Generally with exercise, chest exercises can help grow the muscle underneath but will not lift the skin at the bust. And for the inner thighs, I don't do a lot of inner thigh work because it won't do anything for fat reduction there. But thank u for the feedback and I hope you'll continue to work out with me! :)

My back kills me everyday so I imagine this will hurt for awhile but long as it helps strengthen it in the end
Everyone has a different level of low back arch to start.. mine is quite arched so if I don’t tuck under, my low back hurts too. I demonstrate how to do it in this TH-cam short. Hope it helps!

Hi Rachel, I am really enjoying your videos and am on day 20 now. I previously tried yoga and found it hard to follow and if I am honest quite boring but your pilates sessions are execellent. Wow, this morning was tough!! I figured out that I must place my feet on the floor otherwise my glutes just sit there with my core keeping me upright 😂 so today my glutes worked overtime. I think I will start over again so I get the benefit of days 1-7 and when I can have my glutes kick in on the wall I will give it another try ❤

But my knees are not ok... they’re in pain all the time (not only during workout) and idk why i started to feel this knee pain after I started this 28 days workouts 😢 i am so excited about workouts but the pain in my knees scares me.. I don’t want to injure me.. I already have a lot of different pain in my multiple places lol i want to be healthy! And fit like before... ❤ i miss my old self!

Hi! No I eat a lot of meat. Eggs + avocado for breakfast, chicken steak or fish with vegetables and pasta or potatoes for lunch and dinner.. and usually a little chocolate each day!
Only Day 1 but I could dig this with light weights. Let's see about the other days.
