I saw it was on sale and bought it.
It's from a group that temporarily sells Sonic hats.
There's a whole thing with a discord and crap that I don't have access to because I was supposed to buy the groups tier 3 T-shirt before getting the Dark Sonic hat.
It's a whole thing, I recommend just getting something cheap.
You can find some good stuff in the game avatar catalog creator.
