Earlier my face looked dry and dull constantly, even upon waking. But following I did some research and made some adjustments, my face began bright and glowing in just a few weeks. This is what I did: I consumed a balanced diet that included foods like lentils, roti, green veggies, and brown rice. This helped heal my body from the inside.
