That was a very good tutorial. I’m 76 and until just now have never seen how bandsaw boxes were made. Very neat. Very simple. I’m itching to buy a bandsaw and do some projects that a bandsaw makes possible. Thanks for this!
Great presentation!. What size blade did you use? I just got my first bandsaw with a 3/8" bland and changing a blade on it something I'm not looking forward to doing---for awhile. Thank you!

You are the master!
thanks for the "speed set" glue tip, will pick one up asap! I will be 76 in January, and always learning something new!
Far out, man!
Amazing bandsaw skills!
thanks to you I made my first bandsaw box....had to change to smaller blade.
Very cool, ive only used my bandsaw for bowl blanks. I want to try these.
Thank you. Very simple, easy to follow instructions!
I'm looking forward to trying this. You make it look so simple.
That's a beautiful bandsaw.
Thank you
Wow great tutorial thank you!
Thank you.
You normally use the same blade for curves and back?
Nice! Free hand too, you must have done this before once or twice 😜
Any plans of making it to Sterling Heights store in Michigan for the 2024 tour?
Does the drawer tolerance get messed up when pinching & glueing the entry cut back together on the shell?
It shouldn't. The entry cut should only be 1 saw kerf wide while the space around the drawer will be 2 saw kerfs.
Is that a 1/4" blade that you are using?

A good universal blade for bandsaw boxes is a 3/16 4-6 skip tooth.
I got scared looking at it. Not turning of the bandsaw when you are so close with your hands when not sawing was scary. Nice video otherwise 👍
it makes me so nervous, that he's not turning off the saw, when drawing on the box and explaining everything. The blade is right next to his hand
