He got deserved criticism cus he didn’t perform well when he did play, he was our worst senior midfielder last season that’s just a fact. No one wrote him off and said he’d never get to a top level cus he’s still 22 now im pretty sure so we all said he can improve of course and he was class when he was younger so it’s not a scenario where we need to be sorry cus if ur not performing expect criticism, criticism isn’t always bad it can be motivating

He was hardly anywhere near Leao, he was in midfield area of higher leaving Konate to deal with Leao. six was right.
As a Feyenoord fan I know Slot won't change easily his starting players after a few less performances. He made a few changes because of the international period, but apart from that I guess you won't see many differences in the starting eleven.
Also I don't believe he will try switching players from their position, i.e. Salah or Gakpo in the center; I could be wrong, but think I've never seen him done that in 3 years at Feyenoord.
He wants to make things as easy and straight forward as possible for every player and switching positions isn't helpful at all to achieve that....
(As many other Feyenoord fans I really miss Arne and you should consider yourself very lucky with him!)
Speaking as a Liverpool fan, I am pleased with Slot and I think he was a great choice.

I want Darwin to start on Saturday. Jota hasn't been great in the last couple games and Darwin hasn't started a game yet. I've not been too impressed with his off the bench cameos but I think he should be given a chance to start.
and you really believe once starting him he will improve lpools scoring rate i love DARWIZZES in chaos mode but for goals for me its always JOTA THA SLOTTA for me

he needs to be doing this every week it seems these early goals against us is startingto creep in again which is not good . the 1st goal in 3 mins oh my word . of course the defence should have done a lot better especially from a 40 yrd run and as for befcker well .. just like again forest were he should have dived full length which his would have saved the shot again forst .. i looked at his positioning again its just not good enough ,but this time we woon which is the mai thig in the end

Trent have to get a seven. I understand saying he can bring more and his passing was a bit off. But remember he played a very good game defensevily against one of the best dribblers in europe, leao.
His big asset to the team is the sheer unpredictability of his passes, which can catch defences off guard, but there will always be some of his moves that don't work and the team has to accept that fact.

Remember saying before the season that Gravenberch could play in the 6 as he played that double pivot at Ahax and again he's showing the quality he has, thought he was sensational along with many others. YNWA

Giving Trent 6/10 was probably about right, I can understand if we are loosing taking a gamble by pushing Trent high up, but NOT when we are winning 1-2 and 1-3 and he is still pushing up leaving huge gap behind him forcing Konate to cover his own and Trent's position, and then some supporters say Konate picks up to many injuries, 3-4 times Konate was doing Trent's job and having to springs after Milan' s wide player. I thought Konate was immense last night.Don't understand why two managers except Trent to vacate his defensive duties when winning.He is a liability defensively.

i personally think kostas isnt up to the standard of the rest of out team, i know its harsh but i think we need that little bit more quality and we are liverpool FC after all and if robbo isnt playing games as much as he has been in previous seasons i think we should start to look at improving that position whilst also prioritising a CB and CDM
The problem with kostas is he isn't a very good back up because he takes 2 games to get going everytime he's out the team, when he gets a stretch he starts becoming solid and a good player like last season when robbo was injured and he played against the likes of city etc and was great,and we stayed top of the league the entire time

I strongly disagree with the Szoboslai take he was bang average throughout the whole game the goal made up for it I suppose but he was lethargic on the ball had it nicked off him a couple of times I honestly think Macallister should be pushed further forward and Szoboslai be further back because Macca isn’t being used enough when attacking he changed games for us last season we need more of that not that I don’t think Szoboslai won’t come good but we expect more from him even Slot said so the unsung hero for me was Gravenberch incredible broke up play commanded the pitch when he was on the ball no matter how hard the Milan players tried they could not shake him off the ball only thing I’d say he needs to work on now is his tackling when being countered he let’s the opposition get a yard ahead of him when he goes to close them down he always catches them mind but if you do that against a Vinni Jr or and Mbappe your going to be in for a long night but nevertheless outstanding he’s come leaps and bounds since arriving from Munich I want him starting there all season if we can keep him fit

At the beginning of the match, Kostas made an error that indirectly led to the swift conceded goal, and he did have a few rather weak shots at goal. But overall I was impressed by his performance, he shut down the attacks on the wing multiple times and he had some good moments of moving the ball forward as well. AND he had an assist. I think he deserves a 7.
