I mean I really lean on just solitary confinement no interaction with anyone, but I think once a week for 3-4 hours if he’s in the hamster ball in the prison yard, and especially if no one can hear him, that would be good. Maybe even better than the stocks of yore. Do we have the other prisoners throw the rotten food at his ball while he’s in it even if they later wash it with a hose? Sure he won’t get messy, but again no one to listen to his complaints either.
