Wipro CEO Azim Premji was from Jinnahs Ismaili community and born in karachi but his father chose to move to India bcoz he was furious with the breakup of the country and wrote a letter to Jinnah blaming him for Partition. Premji is today one of the richest in the world.

    India's total mcap crossed $7.5 trillion.. (BSE+NSE)
Pakistan is at less than $40B.
You guys not only need to focus on IT, but everything. India is now on to catch up manufacturing. While IT exports increased 50% in last two years. So basically Pakistan is messee up and will get a chance when India becomes a upper income country after which manufacturing will go to africa/pakistan.

My 5 suggestion for Pakistan to come on right track which they lost from 75 year's....
    1. Amend constitution and give power to politicians not to military ruled establishment.
    2. Land reforms and educational reforms.
    3. Start making " made in Pakistan "initiative and tries to reduce trade deficit, avoid dependency only on foreign remittance.
    4. Freeze Kashmir issue for approx. 20 year's honestly, it's just a tool for both sides to sustain their empire vice versa in Pakistan and Indian politician.
    5. Remove cultural barrier like banning Film industry etc. and start trading via border not through Dubai.

Even when India started its IT revolution, it encountered all these branding issues. Only way it will be overcome is with actual execution and delivery. At the stage that Pakistan is, it will face bigger issues and even things which Devsync is not in control. In my view Devsync maybe facing bigger hurdles due to Pakistans image.
