    I camped there with family and friends in 1976. Love that area.

    Yeah, Blanco state park is not big on hiking trails, but the swimming in the summer is great. And the town is fun to explore. There's a great fabric store and antique store in town, nice restaurants, a cool brewery, and a buggy museum.

      That is a nice swimming hole. The surrounding area is great for a weekend.

    Not all State parks are created equal. What was that smaller trailer in the site next to yours?

      Hi Mike, it was an Alto. Very unique. Even used a robot to back into the campsite.
