VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
Rachel and her pup live and travel full time in this awesome truck/camper tiny home on wheels. Rachel began her tiny living journey living and traveling in her car. Living in her car taught her the basics of tiny living and eventually upgraded to her current setup.
When she was in high school, Rachel worked hard to travel overseas and fell in love with travel. After an overseas relationship ended, she lived and traveled in a Jeep back in the U.S.
After multiple truck campers, she invested in a truck camper from OEV. We see this all the time with tiny home dwellers. People will have a certain type of tiny home and upgrade depending on their tastes and needs. Honestly, the only way to know what your dream camper might be, you have to truly experience other options.
Rachel has a mobile income consisting of content creation, freelance photo/video work, and a remote marketing job. If you are looking for a remote job, be sure to check out remote.co and flexjobs.com!

Ohhh I loved this so much! Thank you for putting this together so beautiful 🌞 see you all on the road!
So glad you like it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and story with us! We'll be seein' you down the road for sure. 🤗
Awesome haha!
Beautiful camper setup! Enjoy the great outdoors :)
I really enjoyed that too! I did wonder how she could afford to spend that much money on this rig and the obvious answer seems to be that she's doing really well for herself. Good for her.
What made you decide on that pop up camper vs 4Wheel pop up? Nice Tundra by the way. 🙃
She made a couple of great points in this video. 👏
ha I get it. couple. points.
Greetings, fellow men of culture.
@@plmn93 I see you virgins found each other.🤣😂
@@XploreAz Oh it's much worse than that...I'm married, with children. But I still like the jigglies.
Almost 100 grand is absolutely insane for this build.
There are no proper adjectives to articulate that level of stupidity, nay, insanity. I'm serious. There is a valid mental illness in there somewhere. Period.
Assuming you talking about the camper...have you been to an RV show lately? New rigs of any quality are off the charts.
Not since COVID. Buddy of mine just spent $90K on just his Four Wheel Camper setup. That doesn’t include cost of truck, suspension, and wheel/tire upgrades but he plans to live in it for a couple years
Probably sponsored
The mind boggles at the price of some campers these days. I'm all in for just under 3000GBP including buying the van. Solar, lithium, rock n roll bed, diesel heater etc. You can do it on the cheap if you do everything yourself and buy used where possible.
$55,000 for that camper is insane.
Straight up highway robbery. could have got a 5th wheel for that price.
Well, when you have no skills besides showing off her goods, you have to pay to get everything taken care of…..
100%
There are several other truck camper brands (4x4 Campers, etc.) that look exactly like hers for $30K. While I still believe that is overpriced, $55K is straight up insane. Anyone purchasing this camper is a fool who deserves to be ripped off.
Looks like a nice camper, but even if top quality, the purchase price was about $20k too high.
Beautiful lady living a BEAUTIFUL LIFE !!
Congratulations on your rig and success.
All of a sudden I like truck camping.
There’s a truck in the video?
Awesome Camper! Have fun and stay safe!
I love the layout of your camper. It is very practical. Simple and practical. Small yet complete. I never know we can do this to the truck. Always thinking of a high roof van but seeing this have changed my perspective. Plus, it's on 4x4. More places to explore. Thanks for sharing.
I admire your adventurous spirit. I hope you have good times and safe travel.
I really enjoyed this. When I got out of college I was determined to do what you're doing but I never got it going. A few trips then life happened and that was it.
I do envy you and wish you well on your travels!
Cool rig! And you're right about "trusting your gut" on the road. As a solo traveler, you're responsible for yourself. The best way to take care of yourself is to get out of situations that don't feel right.
Dude! This young lady is so cool!!! Great Setup!
Look like a pretty nice camper you to stay in where ever you are at to stay in the wilderness
Maybe she could take me camping with her sometime this summer
Amazing Rachel beautiful young lady living the dream❤
Love that you are taking on life an the adventures. You are living young lady.
You are amazing!
All the best!
the price of this camper is insane--i bought a fully deck out camper for my f-350 4x4--full bath, fridge, like new, full kitchen, for 9k
Drop the product list? Or was it a company that did it all?
She paid a fortune for suspension too..
@@garythegman9680 ...and yet still over her trucks rated payload, which is all that's going to matter in court if she causes an accident.
That's awesome. When I was your age I struggled to buy my first old truck which was a 1967 F100. Sounds like an adventure. Be safe and stay aware of your surroundings.
My first was a 68 F100 💪
The truck-bed camper industry needs some serious competition.
Be well, be safe and good luck!
Adorable, and the camper's not bad either.
Although I’m sure your family worries about you,I’m also certain they are very proud of you. You are an inspiration to people, both young and old. Thanks
She was attacked by a bear. Her pants are shredded
Stunning!! the campers not bad either.
You’re amazing! God bless you.
I follow her on TikTok! She's the best!
When it comes down to solo travel for the backcountry with a pup, I can't imagine a better rig!
I agree 😇😇
Gorgeous
I have a stock tundra 2020. I really love your attitude and the way you are genuine. Oh, I have the big scary dog too. 🫡👍
Very nice setup you've got there.
Safe travels.
What a lovely person.
Good for you girl. I admire young people who are makiing it on their own. You have guts. Great. Not many could do that. keep it up
WoW! Perfect
Love your new OEV Camper! Glamping at its best! So many cool features... inside and out! And it's beautiful!Congrats🙌🙌🙌
Love this set up easy and compact
I noticed your double seat camp chair. I have one too I love it, my pup can sit next to me or I use it for food prep when cooking over the fire, just set a cutting board on the second seat and cook away!
Great flow to your content. You stay on topic, but it never gets heavy or dull. Informative. Nicely done.
editing bro
Well, I am sure you edit well...but everyone has the same opportunity to edit. Your results seems smoother.
That camper was $55,000 ? That sounds expensive for a pop camper for a truck. Love your video.
Truck campers are asinined expensive. The average slide in camper is 2 to 3x the cost of an equal or larger bumper pull.
Yes its dumb i bought a brand new 30 foot rv trailer for $36k. It retailed at 51k. A full size shower, dining room, king size bed, toilet, living room for a lot less
What a cool lady.
In 2015 I started RVing full time. I got a diesel 2006 ford F450 (30K miles) with a Lance 1181 camper (also 2006) on it for $60K. I'm guessing bought your rig new for that price. I did have to spend $10K on an EGR system upgrade (knew that was going to happen) $1500 on a new FICM These are the standard post emission upgrade 6.0 liter problems. Head stud replacement (not sure what that cost but nothings free but it got done with the EGR upgrade expense. I had it "bulletproofed" and it's been over 8 years without another problem. All the things that went wrong did so in the first year I had it. I've got 80,000 miles on it now. The problems happened before I got past 30K miles. Oh, I did blow a turbo boot 3 years ago that the tow was the most expensive part of that but a minor repair. Get a solid metal one if you never want to have that problem if you have a ford turbo diesel. I'd buy one again if it was the right price and I needed one. But if the stuff I mentioned wasn't done yet, I'd deduct the cost of them at todays' prices from the purchase price.
Please be safe and enjoy that freedom.
One of my all time favorite traveler.
you are amazing such a inspiration ! may God always be with you blessing you everyday !
Very nice camber no overkill and your content is so good to watch inspo to do more myself
Awesome setup. 👌
Brave Girl!
Thanks for sharing. I love your set up!
This is the life of middle class Americans now, living in a car.
If they do so by choice, and are happy, good for them. My generation thought living in a cubicle for the bulk of our working lives was "normal".
But not in a $94k setup lol
"you will own nothing and you will like it" is slowly coming, it'll take a while though
@@kevinm.8682 No one does this by choice and if they say so they are lying because that is all they can afford. The greed in this country is ridiculous.
@@mehoff88 thats bull lol, dont speak for other people. all i want to do with my life is travel and this is a nice way to do it.
:In my youth I camped and led an active, outdoor life. Once I started a family, due to poor choices, that all changed. Now I'm 61 and all that's left is me and my dog and this is the retirement life it seems my destiny has drawn. 40-years of comfortable living is making the decision harder than it should be. Thanks for this.
I like your pups to.
I'm happy for you, Rachel. You live a life many only dream of. Although my life is very different, and of an older generation, I live a life many only dream of...not in wealth, but in fulfilling childhood dreams.
You make that interior look massive
Very nice.need one of these in my back yard...like soon.
Que legal!! Tambem cresci no Brasil e agora moro em East LA faz 10 anos. Obrigado pelo conteudo! Keep hustling girl!
this was a very beautiful video loved every second of it ! Rachel please be careful
You're quite Charming, solitude is a good thing... escaping the madness and confusion of the concrete jungle is just healthy for the soul. Keep Bear spray at hand while your alone, it works on a wide variety of beasts. Safe travels young lady, enjoyed seeing the componets of your adventure. God Speed.
Living free lol we all came cause of the same thing …. The dog
Her camping truck is wonderful, has a neat, sophisticated design, and is full of amenities
Ok. Very cute
Camp’s too
wow amazing storage ♥️
It's amazing how much storage some of these rigs have! Love the under bed storage in Rachel's rig.
The best looking 4x4 Truck Camper Tiny Home
that i have ever seen and this is really great for
a single person to live in Thank You.🤠👋🇺🇲
Heavily modified truck. I love your story!
Absolutely Amazing ❤❤❤
I love her energy she seems so chilled and her dog is beautiful 😍

Very cool set up… cute pups!
Awesome! Angel wings on your truck and angels to watch over you and keep you save always! You are an empowering inspiration! Blessings to you and you fur baby!😉🌹
Stay safe , carry weapons, pop is great, why drag headroom down the road. Great video. Lucky pup.
Definitely a couple of nice things in the camper.
By the way you don't need to wait 20 minutes for the Truma hot water heater to get warm water. It is an ondemand unit and will be hot in around 2 or 3 minutes
Can't believe how much a slide-in, pop-up cost these days. And without a stove & refrigeration. You are absolutely correct about waking up & looking out the window before getting out of bed & seeing those beautiful views. Really sets the mood for the rest of the day! Safe & healthy travels to you!
PS; Meant to ask, the solar & batteries come with it for that price?
Crazy expensive smh
@@thomascavanaugh5895 Her money. As long as she is happy with it. I would probably purchase used. To be honest, 5-8 k used or just would use a high bed cap or a roof mount tent. wonder what those cost?
Don't be ridiculous. She overpays for everything. I can't even believe the prices that she's talking about
Your dog is lucky, as are you, to have him as a traveling companion! Sure, a bigger rig offers more bells and whistles, but your rig is super compact and lightweight, allowing you to more easily access rougher terrain.
Sehr sympathisch, sehr inspirierend Rachel. Be lucky, keep your positive Mind and be careful. Greetings from Germany Thomas
Great setup! Stay safe.
I agree with you about air fryers. My only complaint was fittung it in a sink to wash, but then I found PARCHMENT PAPER LINERS in different sizes. Put one under your food in the air fryer, and it blocks any grease or crumbs, so the air fryer stays clean. Cheap and compact too!
i was using those liners until i got tired of buying it and just line it with baking parchment these days. it works the same and you can customise to diff sizes too.
Those parchment liners are awesome! I use them in my air fryer. 🙂
Hello from another rural NC girl.
We use tin foil and it works good as well.
I can't get over the camper price! 😮 isn't a bigger RV the same or less?
Nice home!!
@PetraKann 55k gets you a ton of camper. That's not the total price here, just the camper portion. We have a 35 foot bunkhouse for our family of 4 and it was less than 55K.
It’s like they knew that she was completely ignorant of how inexpensive it could be
I purchased a mini bus for conversion pre covid for $4k. Post covid, the same kind of bus with the same mileage was going for $8k. Prices really jumped on all rigs. Also, this camper looks very well made, you get what you pay for when it comes to campers.
Pretty sure you can get a similar rig from Four Wheel Campers for half the price.
I really like your truck tiny home
I am so envious lol That is what I Really wanna do... I do full-time rv but it's a bumper pull...I like the idea of no matter where I am home is right with me..
Hello Rachel ! You are just so amazing and wonderful adventure seeking person. Someone just like me. With Love from Toronto, Canada.
You are a tough girl. I dont know many that can do what you do. proud of you.
Do what ?? I live in a truck topper and when you see these young girls in expensive campers they don’t come out they are on the computer all day. I am outside and hiking kayaking and not once do they go outside what a freaking waste of nature
@Jimmydog777 I agree most are just here to monetize on youtube.. I've been doing rvlife and vanlife / offgrid life for 20 years. Not once have I felt the need to document my day to day life..
Can I do her suspension next time? 8-9k for THAT setup 🤦🏻♂️😂 girl got taken advantage of
I forgot to mention I got new upper control arms & heavy duty leaf springs on the front and back
I have an eighty pound doberman. Great company and protection. Happy travels.
Bears arnt afraid of those lights!!
This is what clinched it for me. I'm taking the leap. I'm leaving the life of renting (renting rooms for that matter) and embarking on van life life. I'll start with my car and go from there. I want to do the work I'm REALLY passionate about: my art and my creative writing. Thank you for the inspiration 😃💜
Woo Hoo! Congratulations! So stoked that you're feeling inspired to take that leap--hope to bump into you on the road! 🤗
A lovely set up and a great video! Happy travels and stay safe😊
she knows what she need and make it happen. Respect!
awesome! Great video an thanks for the detail
Awesome everything! Thanks for the story and the tour! 💗
P.S. I have a dog very similar to yours named Wally. He's quite the character. Lol
Damn you are one strong woman. Glad you have your pup.❤ Good luck, enjoy, safe travels.
Gave me a lot to think about! Very cool
Luv the Tundra and what you did with it, very smart to do the suspension lift and wheels and tires for going off road to enjoy all the things that nature can offer us. Keep up the good work.
Except she's well over her truck's rated payload. If she's in an accident her insurance and/or the court isn't going to care what she feels the "upgrades" should help with. As far as they're concerned she is overloaded and therefore negligent. Wrong truck for the job.

Quite the rig you have young lady! Very cool! Glad to hear you take your safety seriously as so many people don't till its too late...
I know you didn't mention having a firearm (and that's understandable) but if you don't, I truly recommend seriously considering it.
Bad people are everywhere and most bad guys don't act alone. You certainly look like you could handle a 9mm no problem. As I've
always said g-ns don't make people bad, but people do bad things with g-ns. (the hypersensitive censors on Y-tube are offended by the
