Dad Andy, What a tremendous opportunity for your children to grow up on a farm of such size and productivity. I’m certainly no Charlotte, but I was driving tractor at age 5. Had a hand clutch as my feet wouldn’t touch the foot petals. I’m several years older than you (Dad), and realize my capacity of common sense and natural abilities because of my youth and life. I’m a retired Rancher / Farrier. I’m very greatful for those who took the time to teach me life’s problems. Furthermore I was taught in such an example I would need to teach others. You and your wife have done a exemplary job with your children. They have desire, can multitask, and support each other. Largely because you taught them young for responsibility. Great job Dad & Mom. Sarah is the type of foam hand everybody would want she is prepared to get dirty she mucks in and goes along with everything and she is very skilled at what she does well done I hope all your kids are well trained

Charlotte can take over the camera operation in the future when your father retires. Hopefully you girl's will continue to work on the farm, along with your brothers. Andy I am so glad you didn’t use the cracked slip clutch hub. Our baling contractor had his break free at full speed with no load on it. It made a mess distroying everything right back to the tractor and generated a almost €10000 parts bill
Hi Andy we picked up a couple rectangular convex mirrors and stuck them on the main mirror s of the combines. Makes it a lot easier to see the hopper window s. Nice looking crop too bad for the hail damage. Lots of hail up in Saskatchewan and Alberta this summer. Crazy weather!
Andy, I think you need to give Sarah and Alex the camera for a day like you did Charlotte and see what they come up with. Great family! At the end of the summer do an Andrew cam too

You gave a great idea....I hope to get beans off early enough in October to no till some winter wheat or rye before...maybe rye ....THEN...next August I can seed it to Alfalfa... When I seed Alfafa in spring ..I always get crab grass or fox tail ...then we have to spray ....THAT cost extreme this year...
Regarding parts supply, the dealer "should" know what the minimum stocking order is, meaning the required count to make up an assembly. The parts guy at the shop might need some additional training....

We’ve got a excavater that’s getting a reman in it now. One thing i can say good about Deer is that they do have the best backhoes on the market we two 310’s and a 410 there a dig’n machine

Andy, the problem with trying to make them "last" only causes major problems later. We learned that lesson the hard way. Wait, you're not a "business"? You're a dairy farm, that is a business. Wow. Have you considered chopping or baling some of that Wheat while it's green as a cover crop for silage or hay? A farmer we rented hay ground from had an over planting and we cut it for hay. Cattle loved it. Great video as always. Cheers :)

My brother had a 283 in a ford mustang hatchback, I helped him replace 2 pressure plats, He swore up and down he wasn't getting on it. Fact is I rode with him.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought farming was a business. That's the problem with corporate America they don't work but 40 hrs a week. 90 % of farming is 7 days a week to see that we feed America. I guess if it comes from Walmart it's ok.

Also wonder if so many hours take injectors and tests them to be sure They are faning the fuel and not dribbling the fuel . Seems like injectors don't last as good as they use to.
Do you know how many parts are involved with a couple of 1000 machines, implements and other brands a dealer carries 🙄none of them have every part needed ever it's our new he## we are putting up with
