Avoiding crowds on the South Kaibab Trail - Skeleton Point

Previously on Grand Circle Road Trip - • Surviving a SNOWSTORM ...
This was our 2nd stop on the Grand Circle Road Trip! We hiked down the South Kaibab Trail to Ooh Aah Point, then continued to Cedar Ridge and all the way down to Skeleton Point. But that was the easy part... the climb up was 2,000 feet straight up! This was the PERFECT was to avoid the crowds. The further down you go, the less people there are!
One of the first visitors to the Grand Canyon said: "The region is altogether valueless... [The Grand Canyon] shall be forever unvisited and undisturbed." You'll see how wrong he was!

Reminds me of my youth. I hiked rim to rim twice, and once rim to river to rim. The good ole days!
