My hammer rail needs cleaning on my S400 ! How do I remove the anti tamper disks on the top of the action so I can get at the hex screws?

Thanks for the great video guys👍 I have the same rifle, just bought it 2nd hand. I have a problem with the magazine not indexing correctly. It doesn’t complete its index, as if it should travel another 1mm or so. It has the new type solid pin and doesn’t appear worn, I’ve ordered a new one but I’m not convinced this s the cause of the problem. Do you have any experience with this issue? Cheers

Get the upgrade for the indexer. The old one was a bent wire. The new one is a spring loaded arm. Hope this helps

Had the regulator made much of a difference? Are you happy with it and have you had any problems since fitting? Just thinking of fitting one to my carbine. Thanks.

It's made a difference, the shots are regulated at 0.01 of each shot and I'm getting approx 25 extra shots with no loss of power, the power jumped up a out 3 ftlb, so we adjusted it to 11.9 ftlb,, hope that helps

@@steveshawks115 I'm not sure,I've never had 1,but they're the best, you don't have to drill hole in the cylinder, and if you don't like it you can remove it and sell it.

As a qualified and time served engineer I couldn't watch it all the way through, I was cringing too much. How not to strip a gun! Sorry guys you don't have the skills to be doing this properly.I am sure you're are both nice guys, but I'll keep servicing and repairing my own without screws as punches and chisels as hammers.

If they're going to strip it to do the regulator they should've replaced all the seals too

Please buy some decent tools, vice grips and multi tools are not for quality air rifles. Push bikes yes, rifles no

I appreciate what you are saying, I am not a business and its a one off job, no point buying tools I'll never use, the rifle is unmarked and works perfect. Job well done

@@ahunterstail1083 I started buying tools at sixteen year old because you will have a use for them all your life, buy good quality and you will buy them once. Good tools are a pleaser to use and make the job a lot easier to do and have much less chance of damaging what you are working on. But don't lend them out, they forget where they live 😂

When I see "gunsmiths" banging random tools with a screwdriver handle I become seriously worried. Each tool has a purpose - a screwdriver handle was not designed for this application. Why not use a tin of baked-beans?
