I found the grey hair segment funny, as he is worried about so few grey hairs (I suppose it is painful pschologically seeing the first one) and he is lucky, as they are quite late in the day for him. As one of my friends has had some grey hair since his teen years (which has only increased), whereas my other friends and I got lots of grey hairs in our early/mid 20s. So there you go, everyone gets them differently and reacts to stress differently.

I haven't watched this yet, but I love how Casey thinks of time as linear, not cyclical. "Today ends 25 hours from now" - It's a great attitude to have. Easier to see progress. Easier not to fret over the little things that make us say things like "I have too many things to do today."

Honestly, I agree. But only to a certain extent. Though he is always late to the majority of his appointments, I feel if he suddenly wasn't like that then he would kind of lose a part of his character. It's kind of a key part of the vlog.
