My knee pain was caused by a strained peroneus longus muscle. I had pain on the outside of my knee right below the knee on the outside of my calf muscle. I had it on and off for years now and once I found out what it was, I used my massage gun to work it out! You guys should do a video on treating the peroneus longus muscle! I hit it with my massage gun right or at the top of the peroneus longus where it ties into the fibula! I got rid of it after 2 weeks of treatment with the massage gun! What a relief! I also just purchased a bob and Brad massage gun. Love it...! 😃

I think I got this in my shoulder while working on “restrictions” with my other shoulder. They had me stack surplus Nike boxes with one arm alone one small stretch of rollers so I eventually had to THROW these huge boxes over my head- it felt like something peeled away from my pectoral muscle too. It’s been years and I still suffer pain just from normal use- bagging groceries.. watering the lawn.. folding laundry. Not to mention, I nearly broke my back so I suffer from it too- they gave me $6k to shut up and quit. I’m so so sad- I haven’t worked since. It hurts every night just to lay in bed- SO bad.

About 7 years ago, a Semi truck cause me to get a Tibial Plateau Fracture, I just ran a personal best 5k 3 weeks ago of 17:57 took a week off and then started back for 2 weeks with easy running 30-50 mins at a calm pace. 2 days ago I woke up from a nap and my patellar tendon just felt like it was going to explode when walking down hill/stairs it got better and when I went for a run later that day it felt good, but doing strides after it felt fine till I had to slow down and then I realized this cant be good.
So my question is can you have Osgood-Schlatters, at my age 32, just from the muscle/tendon growth while dealing with 2 plates on both sides of my Upper Tibia or is it more likely that my tendon my inflamed?
I really have no tenderness on the tendon, it feels more on the shin bone, but when lunging, my bad knee when it is the rear leg feels crazy when I let it bend slightly.

Never ever put stress on your knees, lunches, jumps, up and down stairs, running, skipping, jumping over obstacles, jumping off things. I’m playing somewhat energetically and aggressively for a 67 yo woman, but I’m not 30 years old anymore. Please don’t tell me I have to stop pickleball. I think tendonitis is what I have just given myself in both knees. Definitely feels better when I get moving and doesn’t hurt at all when I play.
