- Join me for a 10 minute MORNING STRETCH ROUTINE. This class is the perfect way to start your day! We'll be waking up your muscles with a series of relaxing stretches in the form of a gentle yoga flow. You don't need any equipment, unless you'd like to move towards a wall or grab your yoga blocks for some extra support if needed. So grab your mat and let's get stretching! 💞 xox Mik
