  • 180g cream cheese
    30g unsalted butter
    100g milk
    3 eggs
    20g cake flour
    10g corn starch
    65g sugar
    1g salt
    5g lemon juice
    1. If you make the meringue too hard, the cake may crack.
    2. Preheat the oven sufficiently (180℃ for 20 minutes)

    터지지도 않고 이쁘게 성공~ 파는것보다 맛있어요. 나와있는시간대로 만드니 우리집오븐이 화력이 약한지 색이 안나와서 다끝나고 추가적으로 200도 10분 추가하니 너무 이쁘게되었어요

    단거 안좋아하시는 어른께서 맛있다고 하셨어요😊 맛이 막 강하지 않다보니 부드러운 크림치즈 맛이 부각되네요. 적당히 단거 좋아하는 아들은 슈가파우더 뿌려 주니까 맛있다고 두번이나 먹었구요~ 첫입은 슴슴한 것 같은데 먹다보면 단맛이 적당히 올라오는 신기한 맛이에요~

    1. 오븐 350도 20분 예열, 동그란 팬에 종이 호일을 깔고 두룬다.
    2. 계란 3개 흰자와 노른자 분리후 흰자는 냉장고 보관
    3. 냄비에 물을 끓이고 불을 끈다.
    4. 그 위에 크림치즈, 버터, 우유, 소금 넣고 잘 녹여준다.
    5. 냄비에서 반죽을 내리고 계란 노른자를 2번에 나누에 잘 섞어준다.
    6. 박력분을과 옥수수 전분을 체에 치고 잘 섞어준다.
    7. 잘 섞인 반죽을 체에 내려서 덩어리가 없도록 한다.
    8. 냉장고의 흰자로 머랭만들기(레몬즙 추가)- 설탕을 3번에 나누어 섞는다.
    9. 머랭 1국자를 반죽에 거품기로 대충 섞고 주걱으로 섞는다.
    10. 머랭에 반죽을 붓고 거품기와 살짝 섞고 주걱으로 반죽을 바닥에서 위로 올려주면서 섞는다.
    11. 준비된 틀에 20센티 높이에서 반죽을 부어준다.
    12. 더 큰 틀에 옮긴다.
    13. 뜨거운 물이 틀 위로 2센티 정도 올라오게 부어준다.
    14. 오븐에 넣는다. 325도 20분 후 30초 정도 문을 살짝 열어준다.
    15. 다시 오븐 230도에서 60-70분 굽는다.
    6시간에서 하루를 냉장고에 넣어두면 숙성되어 더 맛있다.

      So i heat the oven at 350 degrees but before i bake i reduce to 325 and bake for 20 min then on 230 for 60 or 70 min?? Or i bake 20 min at 350 then reduce to 325 and bake 20 min again then reduce to 230 and bake 60 to 70??? Can u please explain more the temperature and baking process.

      @@suzanfabio7068​​⁠ 1st one is the right process. Preheat oven at 350F degree for 20 mins then bake at 325F degree for another 20 mins. Then open the oven for 20 secs then bake again at 230F degree for 60-70 mins

    오늘 남편 만들어줬더니 너무 좋아하네요! 감사합니다😍 이렇게 촉촉한 치즈케익 처음 만들어봐요. 근데 온도랑 시간이랑 똑같이 했는데 저는 윗부분이 갈색이 아니라 상아색이 되네요ㅎㅎㅎ 베이킹 초보라서 이유는 모르겠지만 맛은 백점이였어요!

    3:46 can someone help me understand the procedure on this particular timing?
    Does it mean. . .
    1st, bake the cake at 160 C for 20mins..
    Then after 20mins of baking,
    Open the oven door for 30sec, and finally
    Continue baking again for 60mins to 70mins with 110 degrees Celcius?
    Is that so? Kindly enlighten me. Thank you

    he visto videos en donde mezclan el merengue con la mezcla de huevo y ahi lo mezclan todo y en otras asi como aqui que la mezcla la agregan al merengue hay diferencia entre los procesos es decir que toda la masa se mezclé al merengue en lugar de que el merengue se mezcle a la masa espero me de a explicar y me saquen de duda
