CBS Cartooniverse (now CBS Two Morning Cartoons) was aired on both CBS Cuba (never used) from (1965-1992) & CBS2 (now CBS Two) The timeslot was 8:00am-10:00am, it featured the latest cartoons.

EDIT: CBS Cuba (never used) was gonna be in color but it was too weird, instead it was gonna be in 1968, 1 year after CBS2 officialy went color.
CBS2 aired Color in 1967 in some parts.
most of the parts in Cuba, aired color after a few months, most of the parts in Cuba, aired color in 1968. & the final parts went color in 1968-1970.
