Its actually crazy how this guys videos are full of value for junglers of every elo to learn something from. I could watch a minute of perry and get more than some other jungle tubers entire videos.
This gave me a huge realization. A lot of people (maybe me included) are stuck in low Elo only because they force themselves to play in ways that satisfy teammates, to avoid getting flamed.
that's my main problem in league, i care about what my teammates think. if i just manage to shut down my brain or mute chat, i'm suddenly only playing for value and can win
They will feed if you don't so ignoring them isn't going to win games there are more of them then you and if they choose to int there isn't anything you can do. If they united to win like they'll unite to int league would be great.
@@centipedekid9824 good point but doesnt work, they will feed anyway. and you will win more if you ignore them, like tremendously more. and you are never enough in their eyes. they just need a scapegoat. just win games and play correctly, its the only way to climb and to learn. if you do what others want, then you arent going through the thinking process. you arent coming up with your own plan and therefore arent learning to adjust it. and much more
I love the way how you simplify all the patterns. I watched many high elo junglers but I have to say you are my favourite - you talk about your thinking process in very clear way. Great jungle content. What I miss a bit is more content from High Diamond/Masters+ elo (because this is where I belong). But even from your videos related to low elo I found it helpful to improve my fundamentals. Keep your great work, when I hit my peak again I will consider buying a private session with you. Take care!
Applied what you've taught in last video of being invaded and seen it work. Was heavily invaded by a shaco as ekko. Stealing camps from me. Shaco spam ganking. Me 0/4 13 mins into the game. Just kept cool and farmed what I could. Try to counter jg when I could. Didn't take risky fights. Fought for obj. Ended game with their ff. Me sitting 13/5 with a 700g bounty. And I had a 4 level lead on that shaco 😂
Well yeah, but shaco's early is god tier and he's a power gangker, ekko's early game is really weak as is his clear. It's not really what this video was about but you still played it well, ekko is not a farm jungler though.
@@taserrrwell said. Amumu is awful early so really needs that patient macro gaming to do well. Most games end in FF, even when it was still winnable by the team that FF. Mind games win more games than destroying the nexus. I’d bet that Shaco game mentioned above was one of those.
I'm getting back in LOL and went from iron 4 to bronze 3 using the "play around objectives and farm" mind set at 80% win rate on Amumu, love this little mummy!
Played an Amumu game a bit ago. Tried to apply as much of this as I could. Face checked a bush by my blue before camps spawned and got killed by enemy Hec jg. I didn't care. Gave up first stake and second grubs, but I had so much impact by farming and fighting around my ult. Your videos have been really insightful. Currently trying to silver on my second account.
Played an amumu game today. Got warded and killed trying to take top blue at start. Then died in mid to a sylas who had 200 health. Then died bot camps to enemy jungler. Three deaths in five minutes. Finally I uninstalled this game after screaming at the top of my lungs. I hate this life.
Hey man, I just started League recently. I can't play ranked yet, but I am enjoying the jungler role and this video in particular has been incredibly useful. You've earned yourself a sub!
The best jungle guide I've ever seen. I'm low elo, and my randoms bully me into ganking for no reason, but your video has shown me that there's so much more to jungle than just ganking. Thank you Perry!
thanks for literally spelling out good play at low elo. helps to dispel the anxiety and guilt that often fuels really dumb plays. with your repeated and consistent teaching it's much easier to develop a game plan from moment to moment and to ignore emotional, bad plays.
Hey perry. I watched both videos of 2 hours of jungling fundamentals. Recently you have gave me tons of value in jungling. Throughout playing league all my friends named me the worse player but recently I have been performing the best out of all of them due to YOUR jungling videos. Thanks mate!
Really want to shout out this guy's videos cause I've been struggling to improve after watching a lot of tutorial videos but having no results. This is really a reasonable and helpful guide to make games more consistent and easy
thank you for the detailed explainations. i realized that i would have been the elise in most of my games, wondering why i lost while going 14/3 or whatever.. i'll try to incorperate your ideas more into my play, thank you :)
Thank you for this video, it's fantastic to see a real worst-case scenario, where the enemy jg is just auto-ganking and getting away with kills because your laners don't know how to play strong/weak side. If possible, could we see a video of this type with a champion who is a bit more glass-cannon? In this video you played Amumu, and you did another video where you played Xin Zhao, and both of these champions typically build tankier/bruiser, which enables them to really dive in once they are strong. Do you play this style of "all in when strong" when you're playing a champion like Rengar, Khazix, Master Yi, etc?
I've been looking for someone who does this kind of content. I remember learning starcraft bronze to diamond and it was really basic, just make workers, get a big army and A move. in this case, it's just farm, get item and ult, and only fight after a clear/ ult up. thanks.
I’ve been told not to play graves at a lower elo. For some context I’ve just started playing I know I want to play jungle and I’m not level 30 yet so I’m only playing normals. The junglers I find fun are graves kindred and viego but have been told that I should try and play amumu nocturne or shyvana. I have tried them and haven’t done well especially with nocturne but I really enjoy those 3 junglers I mentioned earlier
what do you do when your team are goons and they fight teamfights across the map from objectives while you are ahead and pinging and going to the objective
It just doesnt work for me. I play Sejuani, I dont feed ( is a safe champ ), I do farm almost 10 cs per minute. We get the lead in early game, we push some towers we take drakes. But then SOMETHING HAPPENS in the middle and late game. People just walk around doing stupid mistakes getting caught, does unnecessary deaths and eventually we lose even though we had the game. And THIS HAPPENS SO MANY TIMES. And same thing happens in silver, gold, platinum, emerald and low diamond. I dont understand how to carry mid or late game as a jungler
You can’t carry 4 players unless you are like 3 ranks above them. A diamond can carry silvers but if you’re gold you’re not carrying your silver team. My advice is to take the challenger players advice and do it consistently. You won’t win every game but you will win more than you lose if you are consistent.
i feel like this only works if all your laners are doing well as well. you were only able to farm ur jg because u had all ur tier 1 tower still up. most games i played in my team loses t1 tower at 13mins and from there its over. i dont know what to do or how to get farm. can u pls make a video to explain what to do in that situation? Also can u play viego lol amumu is just tanky which is why u are confident going in.
Man i was doing so well after watching this video then got slammed by a Lillia that somehow was EVERYWHERE she had 215Cs at 22min and 8 kills, meanwhile im stuck farming at 195cs and 1 kill
This is exactly how I play J4 every time I get put in jg... I just full clear and then boop people overextending or near an objective when my R is up. I'm sure I could do waaaaaaay more to impact the game but it's pretty funny how simple this play style makes League. I swear people just get bored and can't handle a measured game pace; they'd rather feed and lose than just chill.
The point of him playing easy champion like Amumu is so that you focus more on the game rather than landing spells and doing complex stuff because Elise is a lot harder to perform on, stick to easy champs if you want to climb in the beginning
Honestly, this can apply to fighting games too. Not the farming or objective parts obviously, but minimising mistakes, focusing on improvements on neutral etc.; I'm not great at combos, but my neutral and having bnbs down helps me win games more often than my friends who generally have much better ocmbos than I do. fundies bro
Applying the things like in this video should help you climb regardless of your champ, and sylas is a really strong champion overall. Yea his early clearing might be a little shaky but once he gets rolling sylas is strong, I play Quinn in Jg and reached my peak a few weeks ago, Masters 200lp so really your champ choice isnt a problem.
I dunno... You need pretty decent mechanics. Because tbh I've lost many totally winnable fights that were the correct macro decision, but just missing skillshots and getting pwned.

this is true unlike counter strike which i believe is easily the hardest esport/ game to play at a high level. in that game you need game sense and insane mechanics plus the game is older than my grandma so it doesn't help
Yeah. He couldn't commit to the bit though. 😂 He switched to properly pulling the camps after the first clear. Watching new junglers AFK farming is painful to watch already. How more when you play it deliberately? hahaha
i love the video a lot but i feel like u sometimes need to take advantage of peoples mistake even tho u dont have r like at early game as if someone have no flash and i am also playing on a champion like briar who doesnt relay on ultimate alot

That is very true, much appreciated Perry ❤
My brither in christ, i am low elo midlaner and i get more value from this than mid guides xddd
nah you just bad
This gave me a huge realization. A lot of people (maybe me included) are stuck in low Elo only because they force themselves to play in ways that satisfy teammates, to avoid getting flamed.
I give them the benefit and leave chat on ultil they start to flame. Then, /mute all until the end
that's my main problem in league, i care about what my teammates think. if i just manage to shut down my brain or mute chat, i'm suddenly only playing for value and can win
They will feed if you don't so ignoring them isn't going to win games there are more of them then you and if they choose to int there isn't anything you can do. If they united to win like they'll unite to int league would be great.
The problem is the feeder will feed harder because they keep bashing their heads against higher-level enemies.
@@centipedekid9824 good point but doesnt work, they will feed anyway. and you will win more if you ignore them, like tremendously more. and you are never enough in their eyes. they just need a scapegoat. just win games and play correctly, its the only way to climb and to learn. if you do what others want, then you arent going through the thinking process. you arent coming up with your own plan and therefore arent learning to adjust it. and much more
TLDR: ignore low elo teammates and play like it’s Skyrim. Only fight with Foos Ro Da. Only exit jungle to Foos Ro Da. And then go back to jungle.
Foos Ro Da

Perry really smurfed on those noobs with one hand...23:00
This comment was the lamest shit I've heard in a while. The fact you felt know embarrassment posting it is crazy to me.
I'm getting back in LOL and went from iron 4 to bronze 3 using the "play around objectives and farm" mind set at 80% win rate on Amumu, love this little mummy!

You're really helpful my guy. All your pointers help me reach my peak and I'm still climbing. More power
dude can you help me proceed his informations? I've been trying what he told, but I can't rly climb
Before amumu ganks, his team: gg jungle diff
After amumu ganks and carries the game, his team: gg jungle diff.
"Like amumu said were gunna find some friends" omg 🤣🤣❤ loved the video! very informative!

17:29 lmao he's talking to you 😂😂😂
him forgetting to farm like a silver player halfway through his second clear was funny af
Mate, thank you so very much for all the amumu gameplay. It’s been so helpful and absolutely something I am dissecting in great detail
These videos are so insanely good dude. Please keep making them. You are the AloisNL of the Jungle.
It's amazing to have such high quality content 4 free over the internet, its just crazy

thank you for the detailed explainations. i realized that i would have been the elise in most of my games, wondering why i lost while going 14/3 or whatever.. i'll try to incorperate your ideas more into my play, thank you :)

This was super insightful great video
28:57 did amumu shut down amumu?
jaksho easter egg if you win without dying a single time
i always ask myself "what would perry do?" in every jungle situation
Truly the best. Can’t get quality like this anywhere else for FREEEEE YOINK TRIHARD

This is lore acurate amumu gameplay

The guy just called me a noob in 15432 different ways...
Subbed dude, You deserve it!
tried it on d4 euw, works perfectly

Bro just casually winning a Game without hitting a single q😂🙈
Thanks i was worried i might be too old to play this game

Elise always has ultimate so did she not play correctly?
This is the trick to full tilt your mates pre 5 minutes so they run it down afk lane
ludwig hit plat solo q doing this lmao
It is nice to have this point of view but if the enemy jungler got 3 or 4 kills before I make my first gank, my team would just roast me and ff 15
You often say to wait for your ult before going for some plays, but how would you go about it with a character without ult ? e.g. Udyr
Play around your teammates ults
it's kind of based in your champion tho but, generally every hint works smooth as butter almost everytime
Does this play-style apply to Virgo as well?
hey bro how do you recover when a lane hard feeds early
Drinking game: drink everytime perry misses q
i feel like this only works if all your laners are doing well as well. you were only able to farm ur jg because u had all ur tier 1 tower still up. most games i played in my team loses t1 tower at 13mins and from there its over. i dont know what to do or how to get farm. can u pls make a video to explain what to do in that situation?

man this guy is a hidden diamond
Amazing video Perry
Could you make one of these low elo videos but while playing Kindred?
Ok, that’s all nice and easy but I hat do you do when your top gets ganked 3x and rage quit
Man i was doing so well after watching this video then got slammed by a Lillia that somehow was EVERYWHERE she had 215Cs at 22min and 8 kills, meanwhile im stuck farming at 195cs and 1 kill

search agurin videos for elise, even though the whole point of elise is to gank after clearing 3 camps so u should do that in 90% of the games
yo perry :D whats this urgot jgl shenanigens im seeing these days , is that a pick now ?
i love your content. can you please tell me when to pick blue, red and green sithe?
this content, soon behind a pay wall!

But perry what other champions should we play to climb besides ammumu because I need a champion pool.
actually Elise DID fight just when she had her ult up
Enjoy your videos. Would like to see 3 wins back to back with Shaco and this strat.
perry, how about a non meta jungler? I play sylas jg, do you have any idea how to climb with him?

I think his clear was pretty slow to start but it’s probably because he’s trying to simulate what’s it’s like to be a silver player
Yeah. He couldn't commit to the bit though. 😂 He switched to properly pulling the camps after the first clear.
Watching new junglers AFK farming is painful to watch already. How more when you play it deliberately? hahaha
I like silver mentality gaming. It's eye opening
Doing this has lost so many games and tilted my team
Bro.. do this in my game and the enemy bot or top takes inhib before 15min
This guy is good at league
and then, my teammates , inting or afk bcose they do not understand and see me rarely ganking, and said jg diff..
nah this doesn't work when i'm the one who's playing
Elise played according this guide - whenever she had R she went fighting -)
At 20:34, he didnt spot you with the ward the bush is too long
i love the video a lot but i feel like u sometimes need to take advantage of peoples mistake even tho u dont have r like at early game as if someone have no flash and i am also playing on a champion like briar who doesnt relay on ultimate alot
Thanks
Man u are amazing
Amumu is a very good champion to understand WHEN you need to fight in League because without his R, he's a canon creep.
That is crazy came to this video just after playing as elise vs amumu xD i won tho (bronze/silver)
Can u coach me im silver 2
this is how you should play if you've been silver for 8 years and have 65 iq
"ultamint"
lower game sounds pls
amazing
Thanks
I HAVE AN ISSUE YOU SAID REALLY BIG BRAIN BUT I HAVE SMALL BRAIN WILL THAT BE AN ISSUE BEFORE CONTINUING THIS VIDEO
