I use the herald to engage. You can drop it mid fight to avoid damage by jumping in then the steering is so good you can get multiple knock ups with it while being unable to be damaged and if you want out just crash into something
im the fizz during the 16:32 sequence xD i be so mad at my team when this happens. Like we got 2 towers for free why coin flip your lives take the small easy wins. So what if you have rift at least you got the charge off. most people cant ever accomplish that at tier 2. not all fights have to end with everyone dying
I almost regularly get high vision scores like that when playing support. My highest is usually on Pyke. I just zoom around everywhere with umbral glaive and clear vision left and right lmao.
thank u for the lane prio thing. i just hit diamond (i have like 0 game knowledge) and am so lost on the nuanced stuff and need this info so badly, thank you
This video should be opligated to watch before you can que jungle in ranked. damn have i lost alot of games to junglers who dont gets prio or crossplay concepts and wants to force objectives. I also won alot of games though abusing when i see enemy jungler doing same mistakes, so i guess it evens out
I like this video. I made a mid game memory technique in order to hopefully consistently use most of the concepts mentioned in this video. Mid/Late is all about choosing the right style: - Turtle (Default): A passive style where you farm at tier 2 towers, considered safer compared to tier 1 side towers which might need to be abandoned. - Cheetah (Overextended enemies): Reactive to hawk or wolf styles, where the focus is on exploiting the overextension of enemies, particularly when a fight gives you a numbers or skirmish advantage. Can also be used mid-fight focusing on the isolated enemy without isolating yourself. - Hawk (A wave arrives in the collection zone or an objective spawns in 1:00): Involves pushing lanes, particularly mid-lane, to gain vision and map control (among other benefits). It's crucial to be wary of counterplay, especially from those reacting with a cheetah style or spider style. - Spider (Objective spawns in 0:30): Utilizes sweepers and two bought control wards to set ambushes in bushes, aiming for pick-offs. Ideal bushes to select are located near objectives, with notable mentions for bushes close to a buff camp or beside a lane in the enemy's collection zone. - Wolf (Attacking their towers and nexus): Coordinated pressure across the map, be it through grouping or splitting, typically with baron buff. The key is to retreat tactically if an ally fails to maintain pressure, to avoid enemies collapsing on them, particularly those using a cheetah style. This style is overused by teams that are ahead; to account for this, ping your team back if they do it, or find shutdowns if enemy teams do it. Early game plan some key points: - To use 2 wards to see the starting location and first objective to ensure I get one objective. - Pathing to prio. I go off the assumption that a full clear starting red buff leads to two lanes (mid and side) so it's often ideal compared to blue buff start which usually ends at Krugs and the gank paths to mid early are arguably not as good. - Use prio to find bushes to wait in, mostly going for lane counter ganks which can turn into tower dives as well. - Other ideas, some covered in this video and others that are not.
Crazy how most of these don't matter below diamond 2 cause people refuse to play. It doesn't matter if you cross map the enemy jungler and your bot has prio, cause they won't move. This advice is good and you should know how to play like this but in lower elos it isn't this clear cut and It's clear that the people that give this advice haven't played in low elo for a significant amount of time.
Yeah low elo is bad. Terrible. I had the worst alistar in my game. Last season I peaked plat 3 80 lp. Now I'm silver 3 this season. It's terrible how bad players are and don't understand basic concepts of league. There's things you should learn when you start playing and these 10 things are basics that should be implemented.
most of these greatly increased my wins to climb gold. yeah it’s hard when people just lock screen and dont pay attention, but all these tips are great. Also, when you do climb you’re gonna have to start doing these things eventually anyways, practice good habits
Exactly. Im a horrible mecanical player but i just hit emerald w 70% wr off macro alone. Teammates will lose you some games but even if the enemy has a lead it means nothing if you can force them to use it improperly through macro@@kenmakouzme2451
Adding to number 4, a lot of the time people just hit a wall or miss the tower altogether with the Herald. Or hide into the middle of their team and die. I just stopped taking Herald is just not worth it.
People in master tier still doing those mistakes. Especially junglers who dont know cross map, die 1v3 and type ff, mute at 5 minute, run down lanes. Had 4 games in a row like that recently.
Pretty crazy how the most important thing to accomplish is not to die & just get the fundamentals down. How to play objectives, when/where to ward, how priority and tempo work & fighting around numbers advantage.
Last point of No.2 to put it simpler, don't invade when your lane can't shove the wave under the turret. The lane can follow whatever your decision is, aside from invade.
Something I find frustrating is knowing the right call but no one follows. Especially the baron over inhibitor call, or when you call baron on enemy jgl death timer. Usually, people are too slow to react and go start baron way too late and then blame the call on you
That 8 second respawn is just a recall with extra speed and the ability to buy during the timer... It is literally faster to die than to recall until level 5...
As i climb through silver (almost gold) i see my team aram in their JG with no obj up. Basically coinflipping their or for some bounties. It hurts my tism
I feel like I'm frequently, knowingly guilty of mistake 9 (jungling out of sync), but what do you do when your team is in the pressure zones and you have no objectives or farm in the enemy jungle to capitalize on in that moment? Do you just full group with the team and forget about farming/pressuring?
Ward/buy items/set up for future objectives. Even just hovering out of vision will make the enemy team have to consider that you might pop up if they go to contest one of the lanes
"Rift Herald is the weakest objective on the map" -> "Look how we used Rift Herald to completely snowball the game". So we shouldn't always overlook it i guess
The biggest mistake all players make.. always... is blindly building pre loads and not building adaptive to the enemies... I love seeing baron laners wear Steel plates vs 4 ap champs a Mundo 😂😂
no.1 tip If you wanna be pro watch the 3 minute guide chanell on all the relevant or played champions OR JUST PLAY THEM YOURSELF because your strategy might be the same strategy that the opponent uses meaning you know what he is about to do and how he exactly works.
with mistake 1, its very difficult sometimes to get your botlane to come to dragon and often the "numbers advantage" turns into disadvantage when i see my bot recall and then its 3v2 :D
The new rift herald is not that valuable but it can help to push three towers when your team is ahead, when played right like if you go 5 people in mid with RH and the enemy team only sends 3 you can zone out the enemies while making sure the RH hits the towers and survives plus with the void grubs it spawns you can destroy the towers much faster therefore you can end the game more faster than before.
Iv had jgs in a high emerald low diamond game, Start drake with now vision, and no prio mid and bot, just to complain when enemy kills him and steals dragon. Obviously, he blames us for that macro
but at the same time the jungler was able to do these because of their team’s lane priority/s, which is the laners’ agency. they go hand in hand and have to play for each other, not just one for the other. that being said, adc still has barely any agency anyway because it’s mostly the supports who dictate the lane 😂
it's a 14 yo game, I play it for 12 years. Yes it took me some time to get good at it, but I am surprised how many people still have no idea how to play this game. I have friends hardstuck in silver playing for over 10 years, but at the end of the day it's just a game so being bad in a game is whatever anyway I guess
Really informative video, well made! I didnt quite understand this though, at 13:11: "In the span of around one minute, Graves just got 4 kills, 3 on the enemy jungler..." is said yet this is not really possible.
I love watching these and realizing I'm doomed in Plat 1 because even if I ping to cross map an objective like they describe at 5 minutes. My bot lane will die or base or just not assist with the objective at all 🤣 so much for a man advantage.
One i think you missed on rift is using it to charge rather than letting it charge (if safe) - it doesn't spawn mini void grubs unless you charge it, and if you've a few stacks of void grubs, you're missing loads of spawns per charge!
The Vi in the first example also had top prio with riven who had just shoved a wave.. couldn’t see riven health but if she was ok on hp would have been free to contest grubs as blue side top laner had crashed wave under turret. Hell even going in to smite one grub for xp end E out would have been better
Also if you are the main carry and your team suck, but you are still winning and pushing, and you see how enemy strong player trying to backdoor, don't trust your team to handle with him. 3 times i lost, then was pushing nexus and enemy yorick just funished the game.
I love all this dumb videos how to climb and no one actually does the climb as an adc playing by itself from iron to challenger. And most of the time is either top, jungle or mind that carries the game. or they buy an account to actually get to high elo.
its fascinating how my team doesnt know any of these but reaches Diamond. What am I doing wrong? Its probably that I dont abuse broken meta champs but only play whats fun...
Me if I tried cross mapping dragon for grubs (grubs are much safer as you can take just one or two and be okay) Bot lane and mid lane both with prio both roam on me and kill me and take dragon. Tell me I'm wrong
Even if your bot has prio, their bot will go drake with their mid while your bot is waiting for the new wave/makes 2 hits on the tower and u die 1v3 because no one moves, then someone writes "jgl diff" in all chat

Low elo players blatantly ignore you cross mapping for a dragon play to farm an additional cs or reset so the enemy bot collapses and forces you to abort dragon. So you waste time and dont get it. Worst case you die. Thats why people farm, because botlaners are mentally disabled
that means they don't have the prio. İf they farm or reset it's because they are forced to. Only if they go and hit an empty tower or base after pushing hard randomly, what yous ay may have validity. But if your bot is forced to farm or reset while enemy bot collapses, taht just means you don't know prio, and are dumb. Forcing a play that can't happen anyways.
sorry but a LOT of these tips regarding objectives just suck... You are basically saying people to give up every single objective and never contest if the enemy is already there... That's totally not how you play jungle at all.
I don't understand you guys, I remember multiple videos in which u guys were preaching how buying control ward is soo bad because people are bad at using them and just shouldn't buy them, Now you are saying that control ward are something u should almost always have after 14min
As a D tier champ main -Sion i did not buy a single Ward or a single pot in this season (Diamond). I can't spend gold for crap like vision and map controll when I am on a such weak champ by default that I lose almost every matchup top anyway. 😂
7:10 100% true. But when I rush drake my team doesnt move regardless. Should I really Spamping every single objective?? this game is trash without a duo mate. If its an objectively good call what can I do if team doesnt move. This is just crazy. They are greedy mfers who always go for every wave. Literally in this video too. That jhin lane. My Botlane wouldve taken the next wave always instead of moving to drake because they are greedy assholes. I wonder why I should even do objectives and not just take their wave instead. Because what they are doing is playing ONLY for themselves but then are useless later regardless because enemy jungler snowballed off the calls they didnt follow. This game is trash im thinking about a role swap to elo inflated adc.

Then u go drag and ur bot doesn't rotate and enemy ad and sup kill and and thank u for leash.
I see... I guess Im just too stupid to exit silver, cuz I cant understand most of the shit here, and the stuff I do understand, I already do anyway
Need a guide to escape iron 😂
13:00 how can twitch support be highest lvl in the game? xd
this is so straightforward even emerald players do this stuff
It triggers me how you say dragon
lol i am in the video
sorry but a LOT of these tips regarding objectives just suck... You are basically saying people to give up every single objective and never contest if the enemy is already there... That's totally not how you play jungle at all.
I don't understand you guys, I remember multiple videos in which u guys were preaching how buying control ward is soo bad because people are bad at using them and just shouldn't buy them, Now you are saying that control ward are something u should almost always have after 14min
because they nerfed oracle lens.. did we watch the same video?
This game is trash im thinking about a role swap to elo inflated adc.
people even in platin do this "mistake" as its the normal way to play
