@@AlanHuiRealty true. But it’s Four Seasons Residences..in the middle of nowhere..and 10 years to build out. I’ve stayed Residences which are near things. So offer helicopter to Vegas airport as across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel. I’m sure they know their market.
@kendahl7922 I understand but I wouldn't say this is in the middle of nowhere. MacDonald Highlands is 90% built out and it's only a 14-18 minute drive to the airport. That's arguably faster than a majority of all Four Seasons Residences proximity to the airport of their respective locations.
Old people? LOL! As of Dec 2023 the starting price per unit is high 3 MILLION. The penthouse will be 30 million! You can bet the HOA fees would be at least $1500 a month.

Who is this targeting? Old people? $1.06 per sq ft hoa PLUS ANOTHER $300 hoa?
Residents that are time poor, looking for convenience, a drop-and-go, and low maintenance lifestyle.
All of this makes sense ON the strip. Henderson?? 😮
