For the homes next to prime snake country there, Hone Depot and Lowe’s carry a product called “Snake Away”. Snakes navigate by their sense of smell. Snake Away is a pellet product that has been scented to interfere with a snake’s sense of smell. The homeowner scatters the pellets around the perimeter of their property. If a snake approaches the property, once it detects the smell it will turn and move in a different direction because it knows it can’t navigate at that point. The product is safe around people although common sense says watch the little ones cause they will put anything in their mouth and there’s no sense tempting fate. The other cautionary note is be sure there are no snakes on your property before you scatter Snake Away. Snake Away is as effective at keeping snakes in as it is at keeping them out. Great product, cost effective, environmentally friendly and easy to apply. I used it to keep the copperhead snakes out of our yard in Virginia and was very pleased with the results.

I love the way you speak to your viewers. It makes me feel like I'm right there with you. Wish you did homes where I live. I had enough of Vegas for 25 yrs. It was nice when I moved there in 1977. 😄

This house is sick! My wife and I are thinking about moving from Virignia to possibly Nevada, Florida, or Texas. We are looking for something around 3000 Sq Ft. and want to spend around 600K. We love super modern homes. Is this doable at this price range considering there will be some upgrade costs? Also if this is doable, where out of the 3 states I mentioned would you recommend and why? We own a small online business, and having no income taxes would be quite nice.

Love your Vids as always. But you turned a 25 minute video into 45 minutes. Too much talkin. I think most people that watch your channel really just want to tour the home to entertain themselves. Not about the history and dimensions on baseboards and materials used. It actually feels like a Commercial when U do that. For those few chosen people that do need that extra info, they can find that out when they call U, lol. Still great Video. Blessin's!

@ 24:59 nothing funny at all...i seriously would consider that sliding door option just for those two reasons...i have a teenager that smokes, and this would keep the house from smelling like smoke. And if he wanted to leave or enter without bothering me is a bonus.

Have to agree homes like these would appeal to very limited demographic. With all the upgrades it's around $800k ballpark and I can envision three group of buyers: Upper management making $200k+ business owners and retirees with substantial nest egg. All of them have taken a hit with current down turn with no certain period of recovery. On top of that no one in the right mind would shell out $800k on a home that will depreciate from the moment of possession. Unless you're going to say this home will be worth $1 million in 3 years. Lastly, notice the builder didn't have enough in the piggy bank to include a spa that should tell you something.
