I, personally, think that walking away is the best option, overall. Negotiating is no good, because the woman should already know if she wants you, especially if you've been friends for quite a while. All that has to be remembered is that a man should exercise self-control and not allow his feelings (and, ultimately, his loins) to get into an uproar for a woman who hasn't said 'Yes!' yet. I will understand that she might have had her uncertainties (they are normal) or she was probably going through something. #3. If I walk away and she comes back to me after months, a year or several, then I know that she has been in another or several relationships she thought would be better than what I could offer but they have disappointed her. She's therefore only coming back to me as a second (or third or fourth, or....) option. Now that's an insult and I ususally do 1 of 2 things. If the woman is still looking hot and appealing to me sexually, I will get intimate with her and dump her and tell her my mind to her face. If I no longer find her appealing even physically, I will tell her off and remind her everything and show her the middle finger. In either case, there is just no way I am dating the woman who rejected me on mundane grounds. I am not a wastebin. And, ironically, when you walk away, she will ALWAYS come back looking for you, somehow. No matter how long it takes.

Last week I told my classmate about how I feel about her and I told her I would love to be in a relationship with her someday immediately after our upcoming MBBS professional exams a few months from now.
But since this moment she started acting distance and give excuses from not wanting to see me. Please I don't really know what she is up to.

Never accept Option 1. Even if your feeling are not so deep, it may grow if you stay. Option 2 does not make sense. If you were rejected, there is no point to ask her to reconsider. She may do it only with a time. Option 3 is the only one. Someday, she may get back to you, but even if it happens, the chance that it will work later is not really high.

And you don't want to show any emotional immaturity by making more of it than is necessary. The woman, by friends-zoning, you has told you, 'No! Move on!' Do what she said. She doesn't owe you anything, not even an explanation. And if you keep up the 'full-court press', she's not going to talk to you anymore.
Further, saying she's driving you crazy by showing interest in your life, shows a little immaturity. So stop it. If she changes her mind, she'll let you know. Let it go, because she can't be the only girl you find interesting. If she is, there's something wrong with you, and your circle of female friends.

I felt like she was falling for me because she was starting to pursue me. However, at that point, she started to back off and I wasn't ready for that. It caught me off guard and I lost my s**t.
I started pursuing her and becoming needy. I know, that was a bad mistake.
She dumped me and even told me she founded someone else (I don't know if that was true or a lie).
I went no contact and, after two months of radio silence, she reached out. However, nothing good came out of it. The strange thing was that she wanted to know if I was dating someone else and tried to make me jealous.
At the end of the summer I asked her for a date and she used some BS excuse to reject my offer.
I told her that for me it was over and walked away. It's been six months since then and I've never heard from her again.
