actually it's much easier than people think (at least than I thought) do a test do a tuck 90° hold and extens 1 leg and see what happens maybe you have the strength for it
Hi Andriy, please record a video of a workout plan for people willing to transition from beginner level to intermediate one at least a 3 months routine. Thank you so much for your hard work!
It feels different watching this time, I watched a while ago cause I thought wow cool, but now I've bounced back from an injury and will start training this tomorrow
So happy because you started doing videos u inspired me on instagram, now its time to share your knowledge with us all support for u . Question: is this exercise will help me for planche ?
in my experience it's not easy at all, it's a strength move as well as every beginner can't do it it's a high intermediate move like just think about it you're holding your body parallel to the floor with pure shoulder strength and balance , not possible to do without proper training.
Hello, Andrey. Please tell me, how long have you been doing calisthenics? What base did you have in the beginning? And how quickly did you learn planche and front level?
I just started getting into parallettes 2 weeks ago and my goal is to do a bent arm tucked planche (straight arm seems like such a faraway dream atm). Stumbled upon your videos I am very impressed at your techniques and how stable you are! I've done weight training for a number of years already, so hoping that will help with learning this. My biggest issue right now are my wrists mobility though. I can barely bend them back 90 degrees. Are there any wrist mobility exercises you would recommend to do throughout the day to increase the flexibility?
Do it step by step, you can move to next step directly when you do can do previous step. For example if you can gold tuck position 5s+ move to next step
You need wrist conditioning, also make sure that your wrists are placed to the side and not to the front, he is here using parallel bars so he won't have to worry about his grip unless he goes on the floor.
Of course you can, the only thing that paralletes do is to give you a higher elevation which means more room for your legs to lift up and aslo it's better for your wrists(I can tell you from training it on the floor my wrists were in pain).
It is actually a lot harder in terms of strength and wrist health. IF you wanna progress on the floor then start from high parallets and slowly decrease the height of them.
Bro, I'm starting in calisthenics and I know only L sit, elbow lever and frogstand. I'm 14 years old and I wish you or anyone in this comment section could give me some other floor skills to learn, that is not too advanced and is good for my actual level. Also, how much time people take in average to learn bent arm planche? Is it harder than tuck planche? Btw nice video bro.
To correct it is not harder than planche but it is usually harder than tuck or advanced tuck planche. But that's a dumb comparison because you don't compare bent arm skills and extended arm skills, just different things. Now, to answer your question, at your level (7 months ago), you should train basics like dips, pike push ups and then upgrade the progressions... And then when you master dips and all weighted, you could try working towards the bent arm planche. I just got my bent arm planche a few days ago and I can dip more than my bodyweight
A small thing i noticed in your video but quite important is when you performed the pseudo planche pushups you didn't maintain the lean position on the way up.
@@yehonathanshapira7090 It does matter. Because you don't do the exersice properly. You must maintain the lean during every rep because this is gonna strengthen your shoulders the way they need to be trained to achieve bent arm planche. Either way, you always need to lean forwards.
All of these channels are horrible representation of progressing. No you are not going from bent leg hold at 1:40 to straddle straight legs at 2:40. It went from bowflex commercials to these already strong in shape, years of strength building people making gullible "calisthenics" videos. Yes i just attempted the straddle and i could not lift the hips. Id rather turn off ad block for a youtube channel showing actual progress with hundreds to thousands of attemps to just lift their legs instead of these clickbait videos. Maybe ill be the one to start it.
tahnk you for yor comment. I know from my experience and experiences of my student how to learn. So maybe problem on your workout and technique. Good luck
Gotta love it when Andry says "easy" when it clearly isn't easy 😂.

Hello, Andrey. Please tell me, how long have you been doing calisthenics? What base did you have in the beginning? And how quickly did you learn planche and front level?

I can front lever but in trying to learn this😂
I like your video
somehow I can't bent arm planche but currently at advanced tuck planche with locked out arms and I can hold a decent front lever...
oh maybe just need to practice
Hi i am from india can you make me for your model from a Beginner to advanced 😊
So sad, elbow lever and 90 deg looks similar and people thinks it's same and wasy😢
Yes I also noticed that ..... But the people who do calisthenics know that there is a lot of difference in bent arm hold and elbow lever .....
Bruh bent arm planche requires strength and elbow lever is all about balance

Hi again, right now I am looking for paralettes, where can I get this specific kind of paralettes? 😊
@@yehonathanshapira7090 bro I did the research for u there called collapsible parallettes
So the perfect form is when elbow touch the core?
How to progress from bent arm planche elbows squeezing body to hands by the waist? (The last 2 shown in the video)
Can you tell me where to get calisthenics tools online?
My wrists hurt when I try to lean forward on parallettes.

Hello. Neutral position
Thank you 😁
Can I train the same muscle group every day?

Should I be feeling it somewhere near the back of my shoulders and when holding? I can do 50+ good form pushups and 5-7 good form pullups
When I hold a bent arm planche I feel my lats too
Is it easier or harder than regular planche?
Easier
Bro can you learn a full planche without parallettes ?? If yes please make a video on it 🙏
Yes. Check video on my channel.

A small thing i noticed in your video but quite important is when you performed the pseudo planche pushups you didn't maintain the lean position on the way up.
I think it is because leaning at the top only helps with straight arm strength so it won’t transfer well to bent arm plamche

@@soulgameyt769 not really. What strengthen my shoulders are hspus and planche leans. Pseudo-Planche Push ups do help a lil tho
