hey bro I have a question, can you change the switches on this keyboard without unsoldering them ?

    • @ALKtech
      @ALKtech  ปีที่แล้ว

Cooler Master doesn't advertise this keyboard to have hot-swappable switches...but it does LOOK like you might be able to pull the switches out with a switch removal tool - I've misplaced my tool and can't try out for myself. Will round back if I manage to find the tool.

I'm now on my 4th rma replacement keyboard, they are all the same. After 2 weeks it starts making double clicks and in games the movement stutter. If I hold any of the WASD-keys the signal is not constant, it's --.-.-.-.----.--.-.-.-.-.-----.-.-.- which makes gaming a nightmare

The response speed of the ck352 is excellent. However, the durability or quality of the lc switch is bad. In my case, I replaced the lc switch with a gateron g pro brown tactile switch, and the chattering disappeared. This keyboard definitely has a great response speed of 1000Hz.
I have a Huntsman v2. If you look at it in some ways, ck352 is better than a Huntsman v2.

Had this keyboard for couple of months now, not very happy with it.
It looks very clean and aesthetic, but if you are a hardcore gamer looking to min-max your performance consider this:
    1) keys often double-click or even tripple-click (you press "A" once it prints out "AA" or "AAA"; this happens even with key-down settings)
    2) holding a key sometimes drops a signal (ex. you press and hold "W" but for a fraction of a second the keyboard acts as if you lifted the finger and then pressed again)
    3) if you have configured settings to send the signal on key-up event sometimes it doesn't register that you lifted your key and signal is completely ignored (meaning you press "A" and lift your finger but the "A" signal never goes through) - this acts differently if you have key-down settings, as every gamer should, also explained in 4)
    4) when pressing multiple keys, it has some random input lag (ex. doing some specific combo, let's say you press "Q W E R" but due to input lag the keyboard sends the signal as if you pressed "Q E R W")
NOTE: As for casual gamers, no offense, but probably wont even notice these problems.
Now the mentioned problems here happen about 1-2% of the time, but hey its gaming and in fast paced games 2% is A LOT (consider 250+ apm, thats like 5 keys you press every minute have their signal corrupted, and if it happens when you are in a fight where every click matters => very frustrating).
Not to mention I didn't encounter any of these problems with some random noname $14 keyboard I had previously.
Simply put, looks very nice but it's not the best gaming keyboard.

It is probably a quality issue of LC switch itself.
I've had the same problem with you.
      So I changed the switch
After replacing it with a gateron g pro switch
      These problems are gone.
I bought this keyboard after reviewing various things through the review video from the beginning and looking at the reaction speed,
I think 1000 Hz polling rate is correct.
There was a period of doubt after replacing the switch,
Later, gaming performance was definitely improved.
