I just got the swappie iPhone 12 Pro at the "very good" condition and I got it in pristine condition without any screatches only a very tiny one on the frame. Swappie is very inconsistent with its grading.

Yes, i like Swappie. I ordered iPhone X last time and faced the same situation so asked for refund for the difference in condition. It happened second time with iPhone 12 pro and couldn’t keep it this time as the condition was not acceptable. It would be nice they show some examples on the website how the different conditions looks so the customers know what to expect when ordering. Cheers!

I had 1question my bro .. when i check the website when ip 15 was new .. there was already ip 15 .. does that mean the phones are copy or they change something?

No, they don’t sell copies. The phones are original. They usually buy original phones and replace the parts which are damaged. Hope it helps 😉
